  1. Dont forget about Patrick Willis Bruceton Central All - State Class Mr. Football (Only player to be nominated as a back and a lineman (LB) SEC Defensive Player of the Year All - American Butkis Award Winner Rookie of the week (1st week in rookie season) Playboy All - American This list could keep growing... And UT didnt think he could play???????
  2. The REBS did beat the Tigers and the Tigers would like a chance at some redemtion. That could happen if the Tigers can continue to improve and advance in the playoffs. In 1989, the Tigers lost to DCA early in the season and played them again in the Clinic Bowl and beat them. Dont them out just yet. They have lost to pretty good football teams.
  3. Well, the TIGERS have beaten Fayette and Union City. If they beat Lake this Friday, will you put them in the mix????
  4. Total domination of the front lines. The Tigers man handled the UC defense up front all night long. THE UC offense will score points. ASK MCKENZIE!!!! But , UC cant stop anyone. Go Tigers!!!! Way to go Region 7-A. This region looks stronger than 8A this year. Someone from here could be in the Boro...... GO TIGERS!!!
  5. This game wont be close. Greenfield lost to Dresden and Stewart Co. (2 very bad teams) GF hasnt played anyone. Yeah - whooptee do - South Fulton. They are the worst team in the state of Tennessee in any classification, Red Boiling needs to schedule South Fulton. McKenzie has to many weapons. GF is much improved. Ill admit that. But, the REBS will be too much.
  6. Hummm. Id say a TCA/Bruceton match up would be quite interesting in the playoffs.
  7. Ok - Lets get this started. Who takes this one and the crown in Region 8A.
  8. I disagree. The receivers last year seemed to get more big plays with their legs after the play. I think the REBS are better because of the RB#33, the new LB, and a year of experience with all the other starters.
  9. Lake County wins this one. /roflolk.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflolk:" border="0" alt="roflolk.gif" />
  10. UC hasnt really stopped anyone from scoring in the last two or three seasons. Friday will be much of the same as Bruceton will score points. They key to the game will come down to Bruceton holding the UC offense to a low score. If the TIGERS can control the ball and pound the UC defense, the Tigers will win. Another critical part of the game will be 3rd downs for both teams. Last season, UC seemed to never convert 3rd down plays and Bruceton was $$money$$ on 3rd down all night. Also, the Tigers must win the battle of the special teams. I heard Dresden had them beat and blew a couple of late special team plays which helped UC win. This should be a great game. Could be one of the better games in West Tennessee. By the way - We have BLOCK CITY PIZZA in Hollow Rock. That is the only real pizza in the area. GO TIGERS!!! Lets hit them in the mouth all night!!! 4 quarters of smack down!! /ph34r.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="ph34r.gif" />
  11. GO TIGERS!!!!! I heard everyone is healthy and ready to go.
  12. Dont sell the TIGERS short. They have played a tougher schedule than FA to this point. McKenzie has a very good team and Huntingdon is good too. The Tigers handled South Fulton and Chester Co. with ease. Fayette is a little bit of a mystery. The Halls game doesnt make sense. Maybe it was one of THOSE nights. This should be a hard fought game on the hill. I think the Tigers experience and solid running game wins the day. I can assure you the TIGERS wont overlook FA. FA put a whipping on the Tigers last year. 47-0. Go Tigers!!!!!!!! /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />

  14. We love you TIGERS, Yes we do. We love you TIGERS, Our hearts are true. We love you TIGERS, We do. O TIGERS - We love you!!!!
  15. I'm still taking the TIGERS...... /popcorneater.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":popcorneater:" border="0" alt="popcorneater.gif" />
  16. Everyone around here knows FA plays good solid football. But, Ill take the TIGERS in this one. The TIGERS will be ready for the VIKINGS when they travel to play on the hill in Hollow Rock - Bruceton. The TIGERS tougher schedule to this point makes them no stranger to big games. Go Tigers!!!!!!
  17. Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhh....................Butchie! Not every knows!!!! /ph34r.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="ph34r.gif" />
  18. Rebels in a big way. Too many weapons for UC to stop. Plus, the REBS destroyed Dresden and UC played close to Dresden.
  19. Alex Matlock from Bruceton This guy has the size and the speed to be a great player at the next level.
