  1. We lost about a third of our starting line-up. But nearly all of the juniors and seniors have been on varsity since they were freshman so i don't think the lack of experience will be a problem. but who knows thats just my opinion
  2. Well first of all if Riverdale had not been DQ'ed then Cookeville would not have made it. And your right. It was ALL the players. Oh and why did all the seniors quit before the sectional game? HMMMMM??????? Could it be because he accused them of being hungover the day of the game? As for the girls, they came in secound this year just as they did with Hardy so it is not that big of a deal. Oh and yeah Smryna, you will be happy for the first year. I was too. But then when he tells one of your players that they did not play because of his parents then will see what you think of him. But we have all moved on and now we can get back to the topic
  3. No! Thank goodness. we are going to dig ourselves out of the hole that he put us in. No! Thank goodness. we are going to dig ourselves out of the hole that he put us in.
  4. Some people had them as right outside the top 20, but i don't think so. mainly because of coaching. Do you play them? If so, let me know how it goes.
  5. These are predictions. Nothing else. Of course the favorite will be Blackman due to their success in the past few years. I hink that is pretty obvious. The question asks what your predictions are? Not, Who is the favorite.
  6. looks good except i really don't think that Hartman is going to make it. Tim Howard will be on the squad I think
  7. Thanks for that touching story. But just so you know your not the only ont that runs/trains in the rain and other crazy conditions.
  8. Not to sound derrogitory but you always boast about your passion for the game and how you play with heart and all that stuff. So, if you really do have this so called "passion" then why did you quit for three years? seriously?
  9. Thanks for the info. It's great to see 3 7aaa teams in the top 15. Looks like it is going to be an exciting year.
  10. The hardest thing for Blackman and the rest of district 7aaa will be making it out of the district. I think after that it will be a little easier. In 7aaa there are 4 possible teams that could go to the region in Blackman, Riverdale, Cookeville, and Warren County. Also, lets not forget that Cookeville went down to Mcminn Co. for the sectionals with only juniors, sophmores, and freshmen and held Mcminn 0-0 for seventy minutes before losing 3-0. Furthermore lets not forget that Blackman lost their goalkeeper and sweeper from last years team, but I am sure that Coach Vice will have that defense ready to play. And Riverdale, well i am sure that they will be ready due to what happened last year. So, i guess i am saying it is not going to be easy for anyone to get out of district 7aaa. Oh and do you now when/where the preseason polls are?
  11. Dude, are you kidding me? You sound like your 80 years old. The fact of the matter is that there is always going to be people trash talking. That is part of High School sports. So, you might not want to waste your time monitoring the boards. I think that is Big G's job. Oh, do you go to Science Hill? What grade are you in? I used to live up there and I still have some friends up there
  12. I now of at least two that from Station Camp that went to College. I think they play for Trevecca. But just because a player does not play in college does not mean that they were not good enough. So, gaging a team by how many college players they put out is not always an accurate assesment of a team.
  13. Last time I checked there were 11 men on the soccer field. Oh and my are you going all crazy on me. I do not live anywhere close to Station Camp anyway. I just play club with a couple of their players. So, chill out man! I just hope I am there when Station Camp beats LA.
  14. If I am not mistaking Livingston Academy and Station Camp split in their two games last year. So, how can you say that they did not score on you? Yeah, and are you sure that you have your ENTIRE defense back? I know a lot of guys from Station Camp and they are better than the Livingston team. Do you play or are you just a fan?
  15. Livingston lost twins Andy and Alex, and Jacob (who are responsible soccer in Livingston) along with I think #8 who was a decent player and I also believe they lost there goalkeeper(who was was not great, but was a lot better than anything else they had). So unless you somehow added some good players I do not think you can compete with Station Camp. But evryone will see if you guys are any good on 2/25 when Cookeville comes to town. How many seniors total did you lose anyway?
  16. Na, I am still sticking with Station Camp. Livingston lost to many good players if I am not mistaking and I am not sure that they "gained" that much either. I do not even consider them the favorites in their district.
  17. Yeah, I agree. I know Station Camp lost some good players, but they still have a lot of good talent on that team. Brett Marcello and Luke Johnson are both very skilled and will lead station camp to a good season.
  18. Hey pal you need to learn something about ODP. A player has to make the state team before he can go to region camp. James Holt has not even been selected to the ODP 90's STATE TEAM yet. On the other hand Paul Gilbert(the goalie from Cookeville) has made the ODP 88 STATE team and will be attending the region camp. So you people need to get your facts strait www.tnsoccer.org I have also heard that the Gilbert family is relocating and was looking at good High School soccer programs in the Murfreesboro/Nashville area.(Blackman)
