KAZ. i was not trying to open up a can of worms. just thought your comments were walking the line. everyone knows you are a part of the program. to me, the feeder program is the livelihood of any program. this is where tradition starts: winning, HARD WORK, wearing the uniform, pride ect. you are right, you can't make them play, but you can find the right buttons to push to keep them interested and motivated. if there is only 6 of the last 22 eight graders on the team, than we need to do something to keep these girls out! i have watched oneida sports since 1980,and was a member berofe of the teams before that. i read this board often,but rarely post. i probably shouldn't have this time, but life goes on.
