  1. Lawrence County won last night 9 to 8 in the bottom of the 7th. Had a 8 to 1 lead at one point and let them get back in it.
  2. Everyone makes mistakes, but that was a low blow. I know I go to school with you Purple, even though I don't know you, but you need to know someone personally before making statements like that about them. On a different note, every game doesn't have to do with the officiating. After every game you point out how the officials did more so than you do the players.
  3. Lincoln Co really suprised me last week when Lawrence Co played them last week. They are a much better team than most people have gave them credit for this year. They have a chance in every game they play, no matter who the opponent
  4. As always it will all come down to the Shelbyville Lawrence County game on the 3rd. It will be a much better game now that LCHS is healthy. Shelbyville is a great team this year as always, though, and will be a very tough match. I see them meeting again in the district championship also. Should be a great run to region /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />
  5. In our defense, some of the calls were pretty rough. I think I speak for most of the crowd though, when I say most people just yell to be yelling. Great game though, Lawrence County had to play from behind which they haven't been used to most of the year. I'm glad to see that aspect of their game. After Tullahoma Tuesday we have two big games against Franklin and Shelbyville. Really looking foward to the Shelbyville game, It should be a much better game the second time around.
  6. Lawrence County came out playing great but foul trouble for Jordyn may have hurt. They did a great job of getting Hannah Dawson in foul trouble to though but didn't seem to take advatage of her being on the bench which tells me Shelbyville isn't a fluke at all. The players hurt for LC right now will both be back by then. Moore will definetly help and Claire Franklin is somewhat unknown in what she can do so I guess we'll wait and see. Great job by both teams though and can't wait till the rematch /smile.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" />
  7. Lawrence County lacks in talent but makes up for it in team chemistry this year. Their gonna have to play great tomorrow night to come out with a win though. Not a huge game but I bet you can't tell the players that. Lawrence County by... 4
  8. Lawrence County looked good as predicted last night. Luffman with 13 Robbins with 16 and Freshman Emily Williams with a huge game as she looks to contribute tons to this team this year. As for District. 1. Shelbyville 2.Lawrence County 3.Franklin 4.Lincoln 5.Columbia 6.Coffee 7.Tullahome
  9. Lawrence County has not been playing there best ball of late. They will have to drastically change that tonight if they want a district championship to take back with them. I'm not gonna make a prediction, but LawCo will have to play there very best to win tonight. That being said, it's not likely the same team beats Lawrence County 3 times in one year.
  10. LC played a great game all night. Let Columbia back in it a little during the 3rd quarter but played excellent overall. Luffman and Spann both had big games with 14 and 20. Things are really getting tight in district. If Columbia beats Shelbyville in the next matchup there will be a 3 way tie for 1st I believe. And If Columbia loses then Shelbyville will take first and LC will take 2nd. There are other district games also but this one has to be the one to watch.
  11. Lawrence County in my opinion needs to open up the middle by driving and kicking. When they hit outside shots it spreads the defence out and drives are much more effective. I honestly think the girls get to worried about the thought of big games and don't play to their capabilities. If they get over that then they will be just fine come tournament time.
  12. When Lawrence County gets hot from the outside, it gets out of hand. If LC starts hiting three's tomorrow night, I say Lawrence County will win by 10 or 12. If not then it will be a close game like it usually is between these two. Shelbyville won't let it get to out of hand though.
  13. I guess its time to start thinking about the Huge district game Friday night in Shelbyville. Lawrence County has had a almost flawless year so far and Shelbyville is once again one of the top teams in district even though injuries have slowed them so far this year. Any thoughts on who will prevail?
  14. I was suprised to hear the score of this game even though Shelbyville does have players out. Whats the latest on the hurt players?..Will they be back before the Lawrence County showdown next Friday?
