i just want to comment on how classy a guy ripcurl is and apologize for having an opinion. wait no i dont. its fine for to take shots at mus even though i never said that mccallie or any other team we lost to played poorly. i merely stated that i played against both teams twice and i felt that morgan was the better goalie. if you ask anyone on our team i think that they would say that. henry is not a bad goalie. he played well against top notch competition but when it comes down to it carver played better when in counted in the tournament.

First obviously you did not watch the state championship game in which one goalie (Morgan) won the game for his team and the other(Kay) was shaky at best. I am not saying that kay is a horrible goalie because i watched the gilman and he played very well, but Morgan played out of his mind in the championship. Secondly please do not question mine or any other person's lacrosse knowledge. You have no idea who they are. I was a starter on MUS's team and after playing teams twice, Morgan is by far the better goalie of the two.

While not recognizing the Morgan for all-state was a complete disaster. I think that the bigger snub from MBA could be their creaseman Witherspoon. He and Cahill were that entire settled offense for MBA, and his ability to find open space made him the toughest creaseman to guard on any team we played against. I also find it interesting that the two MVP's of the title game received no all-state recognition while five players(1 less than MBA) from USN (a school that did even compete in the playoffs) were recognized. I played both teams and they are not even comparable. I hope that next these kind of mistakes will not be made while making all-state selections.

what is west knox's reason for needing to play later. no one has seemed to come up with a good reason. sounds like they just want the later playing time.

both teams played well but the score of the scrimmage didnt really matter because both teams got ten plays to play offense and then ten to play defense in other words if a team turned the ball over they still just finished their ten play series mus's defense gave up two big touchdown runs to cooper but one was after a melrose interception melrose threw four interceptions in all the mus 2nd team had one fumble both defenses looked pretty solid mus's offense took a little while to get going but scored on the last play of the scrimmage
