Bacon Breath if you are refering to Coach Price his record was 27 and 27 and had the only region championship since 1976. Before he arrived they were 0 & 10 and the year after he left they were 0 & 10. I agree with you that Coach Floyd is a great pick but there is alot more to the Bradley job than just coaching.

But, lets get real, if it wasn't for football where would the bands be? And another thing, i say, if the bands can't make it on time, let the elderly and others take their seats. Please! I agree Coach Price is a great coach. He does know the game and knows what it takes to win. As you say he's got a mouth and an attitude well I think thats a good thing it's taking up for his players and beleaving in his kids that make him so great to play for and watch. Football is an emotional sport and he is a highly motivated person. If that makes you think negative of him thats you opinion. And at Bradley and Soddy Daisy he did something no one else has been able to do in over 18 years win a district title not once but twice. As far as sharing players he has no problem he was a multi sport athlete in high school himself and thinks its great. However, when he states that once football season starts its football season, that seems fair to me. And it is mandatory at such and such a date thats it. He gives his all and expects the same from the kids. Kids especailly at Bradley are into AAU basketball and baseball,& track,and thats fine. But football is a tough hard hitting demanding sport and it takes a dedication that most of kids don't want to give anymore. Football is about the only sport that doesn't have an AAU league. I've worked with Coach Price and think he is one of the finest people I've ever worked with. He demands alot but he also gives alot.... After the next couple years lets see how well Bradley does in wrestling and basketball look at the baseball this year. I really think you'll be surprised. I don't think Price destroyed anything he gave Bradley a last hooray because Bradley is on it's way down thanks to the School Board, and how many Districts has Soddy won since he left? Oh yeah, how do you cheat in football? Aren't there these things called a referee? Good luck to Coach Price keep up the wonderful work and investment in our kids. He is excellent at turning programs around and Coffee should be no exception.

Let's see when was the last time McMinn lost half of it's feeder program to a new school? If Bradley were the only game in town (like McMinn)it might be different. But Cleveland has three schools not just one. Bradley Central, Walker Valley and Cleveland. All the sports at Bradley except wrestling have suffered. Regardless of the coach. But, Price has had teams that were back to back region champions has Mullinax? If McMinn is so great why have they never gotten any further in the state playoffs?? Just somethings to ponder.

No, your wrong! Price has beat Mullinax more times. He beat him at Soddy Daisy and at Bradley. Yes McMinn beat Bradley last. But on Price vs Mullinax wins. Price has beaten Mullinax more. And McMinn is to stupid to hire someone with Prices ability and love for the game and kids... Price is much better off at Coffee County than at McMinn. And if you look at the team Price had this year at Bradley I don't know many other coaches that could have won any games let alone 2. If Mullinax had to play with the talent Price has had to play with the last couple of years I would love to what he could have done. Good Luck to Coach Price. And your MAJOR LOSS McMinn. This shouldn't be a Bradley McMinn thing, people forget it's all about the kids.
