As much as we would like to have your line, ours will do. They are all under classmen as is all the O. Not to make excuses for Jake, but he has not been 100% since the three from Franklin Co. rolled him on the ground after one of his runs in that game. He has the heart of a giant as does Jackie West. They will be better next year as will CC. Lets all get behind the region 3 teams in the playoffs and hope we can win some games.

I was at the game and LC looked like the #1 team in the state. They didn't try to block the punt. He did play most of his first D most of the game. I'm sure he didn't want us to score. No score running up; just a good football team. The QB is as good as I've seen in this area in a long time. LC film man had a bad fall before the game and was life flighted to Chatt. At last report he was stable, but looking at surgery to relieve pressure on his brain. Our prayers go out to him and his family. He has a up hill battle all the way. Good luck to LC in the playoffs and I hope they win it all. The BIG RED has turned around and will be back next year. We could turn some heads in the playoffs as long as we don't have to play LC or Riverdale again.

That crazy AD from CC made the schedule and picked LC for HC. That was the only date that they were in school except for Tullahoma or the first home game with Cookville. I could see having HC during Tullahoma.

The football field is at the middle school on Hwy. 55 at I-24. Go straight from Tullahoma and it will be on your left just past Hwy. 41. In that LC/CC game with Chris Elam, he had over 300 yds rushing. He did go back in in the 4th to go over 300 with a 20 yd run. No one from LC complained about that-not even L Thompson. That was a starter going back. We would like to have as many LC fans as possible. Take it easy on us. Maybe it will be better than everyone thinks.

Now you are talking about a class act coach and that is going too far. Kids will score when they can and a coach will not tell them to hold back. If it is the kid that gets his head beat in at every practice by the first team, by all means let him score because he deserves it. Coach Thompson is nothing but class in victory or defeat. I have been involved with him in both. Too bad for L.C. that this is his last year, but for the rest of us it will help win maybe a few games from them.
