They usually do, but I watched all of their kickers in warmups and before the second half. One kicker hit a white Dodge that may have been a Knox County SRO's car about 3 times. He even missed our net. We walked by the car and you could see the ball imprints on the side. The other kicker was very accurate, but looked like he was 12 and didn't have much mass to kick the ball far. It was our guy who doinked one though.

I used to see this stadium all the time when we would take old Highway 91 (Elizabethton Highway) over to Elizabethton to go to Mamaw and Papaw.

I saw pictures of the soil they scraped off. I'm surprised the grass looked as good as it did all these years. It didn't look like very good soil. I know the scraped off bank around the practice field looked like it had some shale in it. Like most of East Tennessee, the soil in Blount County is all over the map depending on where the glacier slid between the two mountain ranges.

Whew.... That is a long post. Ok, The current Maryville team is not the same team you played at the beginning of the Region schedule. B-C moved their huge Offensive linemen to clog up the middle last night and he is way over 300.

That team doesn't exist any longer.
