I don't think any of these kids will expect to jump right in to someone elses position. Right now they are broken souls. They need a place to fit in and find a connection. So I think we should give them a hardy welcome. I bet they work hard to learn to fit in and make a difference in their new "home". Just being apart of the team will be enough for a while. Later, when they learn, work hard, earn playing time...we'll see what happens. Give the coaches credit for doing what they do.
