I have a name that should have been on the list for 2-A Hunter Smith from Riverside.

I will always be behind my Panthers. I think that Richland & Waverly will both have a great year in 06. Goodluck to all! Practice hard in the off-season.

I have not been on Coach T in a while, Congrats Camden on a good year. Let me start by saying that Boyd and Smith are very good players and I do believe that they have alot of respect for each other. I will say that in my opinion, Smith is a better running back than Boyd. Boyd sharing carries is actually an advantage for him. Every defense that Smith faced knew what was coming a week in advance. They were going to get a heavy dose of Hunter Smith!! All eleven defensive players had their eyes on Smith every snap. The same is not true with Boyd. That is an advantage, not a disadvantage. Smith was also on the field on defense, kick-offs, kick returns, and punt returns. He was on the field for pretty much every snap and still ran the ball with authority until the last tick of the clock. Let's put another twist on the comparison of these two players. Was Josh Boyd a good player? Of course he was!! He was a great HIGH SCHOOL RUNNING BACK. I don't want to take anything away from him or what he has done. Was Hunter Smith a good player? Of course he was!! He was a great high school running back that has the ability to be really good player at the next level. Be honest, if you are a college program, who would you rather have? Josh Boyd who was a great high school running back that can do one thing or Hunter Smith who was a great high school running back that can do a number of things for your program. Smith has the size and speed to do many things to help your program. He would be a great defensive back, wide receiver, running back(obviously), and maybe even linebacker with the right strength coach to put weight on him. That's just my opinion and I'm not a college scout. I know that many people will disagree with what I've said and that's OK. I'm not saying that Josh Boyd will not play at the next level, I'm just saying that if I'm a college program, I'm taking Hunter Smith.

I just want to let Riverside know how proud I am of you! I have enjoyed watching you all season long. Seniors, You guys have played so hard this year, you all should be very proud of yourself for the hard work you have put into this year. You started the season 0-2 and turned it around, you never give up. Goodluck next year Panthers, I hope that you continue to practice hard and have a good season. On a personal note, #6 You have made me so proud this year. You have worked so hard and it has shown all year long. I look forward to seeing you play on the next level I know that you can do it!!! No matter what, you will always be our MVP!!!! 6 for #6 will never be the same!!!!!

Hey Panthers and Panther fans are you ready for the playoffs!!!!! I hope to see a big turnout at the game. Let's show our Panthers that we are proud of them this year. We need a large crowd so they can feel like that they have home field advantage!!!!! Play hard and let's win another game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It will be close between Boyd and Smith but I would have to go with Smith. He ran the ball better against the top 2 teams. Don't forget that he is on the field for most of the snaps. I do not think that he gets enough credit. Look at the Jackson Sun when they featured RB in West TN, Smith should have been in there. If I had a vote, he would have mine. I think that Brasher, Mckormick, Gilbet along with several other Panthers should be all region.

Big game for you Riverside! I don't know about you but I'm not ready for this season to be over! Practice hard this week. I have alot confidence in my panthers!! Play hard like you have all season and never doubt your ability to play football. You got where you are for a reason!!!! GO PANTHERS

Who knows, maybe Riverside can come out of the game with the upset!!!!

Camden-35 Lewis Co.-14

Play hard tomorrow night Lions!!!!! The Riverside Panthers sure would like to play at home next week. Stay healthy both teams so 6-2a will be well represented in the playoffs next week!

Riverside has a great punter!!!!!!! We are just trying to find him!!!!HA HA HA

I think this Riverside team has given us some great Friday night football! They have played hard all year long and I look forward to them surprising a 5-2a football team next week! Keep up the good work! Our season is not over yet!!!!!!

I think that #6 from Riverside is be the best offensive player in this region. He is hard to stop. He makes some very important 1st downs and the last 2 games some awesome TD's by leaping over the pile and that was against the 2 strongest D's in the region! I also think that #20 is one of the best defensive players in this region, he is all over the place. #31 is a great defensive player also. They both have made some very important plays this year.

Lewis Co dreams big but their dreams will turn into a nightmare after they go to Camden friday night. Like I said before Camden will win!

Camden wins! Lewis Co. needs to pack a lunch because they will be taking a road trip!!!
