Which middle school game were you at? Their middle school team played alot better towards the end of the year. Who are the local guys who have applied for the job? I think they should keep a local guy in if they are interested simply for familiarity with the kids.

Rockwood has two fine seventh grade players. Jared Breazeale and Hayden Freels.

I agree completely with your comment. As a former player for Coach Tapp, he does care about his players not only on the field but in life as well. He is the reason I myself have began coaching. He is a great role model for any young coach.

Harriman has developed and matured alot under the coach. As a former player of his, he was a great friend, role model, and he is one of the reasons I myself have began coaching. He truly does care about the players

Rockwood's JV team consists of 10 freshman, 2 sophs, and the Brazillian some games. The future looks good for Rockwood Basketball.

My hats off to Loudon and what they have done this year. Rockwood fan or not, the last touchdown Friday was classless and the two point conversion just topped it all off. I think it is amazing how things get so turned upside down on here. Yes i did say Loudon would get to the third round. Our region is the best 2a region in the state hands down. Anytime you have a team that beats 3A playoff contender Pigeon Forge 32-6 and misses the playoffs, shows the level of talent you have in your region. This region will not lose a first round game with the exception of maybe Oliver Springs. Oliver Springs should have no trouble with Cumberland Gap if you look at common opponents. Oliver Springs spanked Coalfield who spanked Cumberland Gap. Best of luck to all region teams. Congratulations Redskins on dropping to 2A and going 9-1. You will become a welcome addition to the 2A ranks.

That must be pretty special because I would think a regular diploma would be fairly easy to attain in the metropolis of Loudon. The level of sportsmanship exhibited tonight by Loudon was ludicrous. Your up 28-14 with 1:00 to go and you go for two after scoring a meaningless touchdown to put you up 36-14? It was obvious it was planned. Here is to Alcoa and the facial you are going to get from them. It will be so well deserved. Nice thread to start. Tennessee played like the preseason number 2 team tonight. Will we have another named starter this week? I sure hope so. Like Casey or not, but all he did was win games for us.
