MJ to play the winner in sub-state?

Mt. Juliet. Returning 4 Sr. starters (Taylor Hall started before injury)

Riverdale wins this one...the big players step up on this stage, I have seen too many stars over the years will a team to victory (most recently A Clark and T Jenkins from my neck of the woods) AML this year... Riverdale is playing a home game!

Hah! I guess I clean up well every once in a while...as you know I am not a big fan of Buds (I am a little bit, you know he was a MJ assistant under Tommy Martin ) but it was getting a little bit harsh here! Got to admit the cheerleader line was funny, though .....

Cameron (sp?) Calhoun...she had a will to win matched by TJ at WC. 9AAA is the best TOP to BOTTOM ...and folks we will be next year as well with I predict the addition of LaVergne to the grouping. I appreciate the comments about 8AAA (Shelbyville's) district in the day, I am just saying a new day has dawned the last 4 years in the midstate!

The truth is, WC should have gone farther with the talent on this team. Without a doubt we are very proud of the Lady Bear's season and what was accomplished with no returning starters and the season ending injury to Taylor Hall, but this is conversation for next year. Good luck to the 8 remaining teams, should be a GREAT tourney.

Jasmine Gunn. Some great guards showed up in AAA this year. Speaking of, box score had 1 point for Burroughs, 3 for Farmer, and 0 for Christopher. Bad shooting night, or shutdown D?

I almost don't mind bad refs as long as the calls are consistent and equal, know what I mean? The transfers - back in the day there was a question about team chemistry...did it finally come to a boil?

I posted that WC would win, but did say the way for Antioch to beat WC was to get TJ into foul trouble early (remember WC vs. MJ at MJ? This was the case...9 points, etc..) Good for Metro, and good luck to Antioch. The story of 2007 is the amazing amount of great AAA teams this year, should be quite a tourney!

C'mon, from your comments you must not have even been at the game. Tell you what, it was a great football season don't you know! I sorta wish these games were elimantors...puts a little more meat into it when it is one and done... Have you seen any Bears games this year? I have not seen Clarksville, but I know MJ is a balanced team O and D that is also very atheltic. The Bears are playing the best ball of their season! MJ in a close one!

I think 7 & 8 are fun to watch as well. But I agree TOP to BOTTOM, that 9AAA is loaded, and will be loaded up next year as well! Good Luck Central, keep your focus...let's get 3 in a row for the District. MJ can book end you next year!
