I agree that the fields were good, but I also think that the Mike Rose complex in Memphis is better. There are more fields and the stadium field is 2x better. By no means am i knockin the Siegel complex but i think Mike Rose is the best in the state.

Dyersburg put you down 8-0 and that was an easy win and we pulled back on our attack and let the freshmen in so the "BIG DOGS" on coacht would be quiet about us running up the score. Even though you were somehow miraculously ranked at number 7 at the time. I personally had 4 goals on your so called defense and watching from up top i could see that your offense consisted of your stopper just kickin the ball like a middle schooler and hopin lil number 9 up front could run and beat our bigger, and faster defense to the ball...It wasnt pretty, but hey, good luck i guess cause you'll need it.

BOTTOM LINE- Some players for WEST TN SELECT played for Westview HS... I would just guess about 5 or 6 players at least.. so these players are coached by Gavin, and continue to play for their club coach Gavin in their high school season... Sounds like a high school coach is practicing with team members outside of the given dates by TSSAA to me??

HAHAH, and the dyersburg traveling team consisted of players from around dyersburg too... but we dont use our coach do we?? Im pretty sure if he coached one of your players, he cant coach the h/s team..... Otherwise, H/S coaches would just coach the same team during the fall

He was yalls coach this fall... the same school year as your high school season... yall's argument is it is not in the same calendar year but the school year isnt either, as far as im concerned, it is cheating, and should be dealt with, it has gone on for at least four years. Not knocking Gavin or old coach Duffy, both are great coaches, but apparently the administration at martin needs to get a grip on things

Hmm, A hardfought game between martin and usj, but usj just doesnt have the offense to pull outa goal against martin's aggressive defense. I say martin by at least 1 goal.. Both are great teams and it should be a great game

So after the game, the hosting team (martin) leaves so fast that there is no ceremony for all district or all tournament and they just handed our coach the trophy and walked off.... Now i know it was a hard fought game, but is should that be considered bad sportmanship and a bad host on martin's part??

YOUR KIDDING ME RIGHT?? I cannot believe that you still think West Tennessee has no soccer talent whatsoever... you have never seen a team from the west play apparently. Why are teams still discriminated against just because they are from the West? As far as I know, you have a weaker schedule than some of the teams here. I believe all the teams in the state have an equal chance to make a run for the title of State Champs... Regardless of West, Middle, or East Tennessee.

why has usj moved past dyersburg???? Dyersburg played and beat Sheffield(a ranked team) 8-0. The only decent team USJ played was Madison and they lost?? Why have the moved up.. I believe dyersburg's goal differential in the tournament was +25... in 4 games....

Ive heard about their past success... but what about this year??? i mean, whats their record and who have they played... no one knows but they still are considered a top team...

So i play for Dyersburg, and i've heard a lot about how Sheffield is one of the best teams in West TN (in AA)... So what about them is so great?? I haven't heard about a single game they've played all year. Except for a mediocre showing in the jamboree, why does everyone put them at the top in the West? We are matched up to play them later this year in the Best of the West and i was wondering what to expect. I know they are all african, but besides that, whats up with Sheffield.. Any comments are helpful and thank you

So , you are gonna wait for the tournaments for Sitcha ( who is a good mid) to get in to your team... Do you think he can just jump in and make an impact that late in the year? He cant play for one calendar year since his last game with JCM right? and Why is Mount not playing right now?

I have been offered to play at Christian Brothers University, Rhodes, Union , and Lambuth... I havent made up my mind yet but leaning towards Rhodes for the better education.. Gotta get into med school ya know
