I am just curious on who is going to take the District MVP honors this year I believe that the top competitor for this is West (Stewart County) but i will have to say that there is some really great players out there that could give him a run for his money.

I think that Syacamore, Harpeth, Stewart County,and Creekwood will be the final four of the district tournament. Sycamore is possibly a lock for a spot in the championship on the other hand Harpeth has the upper hand on SC, but i think that it will be SC and Harpeth. I believe that SC and Sycamore will be in the championship

Yes the game was low scoring but (OKIEDOKE) is right the officiating was horrible. there were fouls called 5 to 10 seconds after the play. the refs didn't know what a reach in or an over the back penalty was, but in the end it didn't matter SC had the #3 seed locked and Sycamore had the #1 seed locked. Lets just hope that those refs don't officiate during the district tourney...

some people think that is the key to stopping SC but districts is here and we will see who can stop him then. CONGRATULATIONS TO JAKE WEST SCORING HIS BIG 1000 POINTS!!!

districts are finally here!!!! when the second round begins on friday i predict i will be Sycamore and Creekwood and Stewart County and Harpeth Then on Monday in the championship i predict it will be Sycamore and Stewart County - this matchup will be one of the best championship games in the region. these teams split the season series.

The rebs have not been playing the way they have all season the past 2 games they have had their first 2 game losing streak of the season taking them from a tie for first back to the lonely #3 The rebs need to get it together if they want to make a statement here with districts just around the corner. I say the rebels will win by 8+ points "NOTHING MATTERS UNTIL DISTRICTS"

Well the rebs will still win no matter what!!! I mean we may be in 3rd, but we are still ranked higher than cheatham co. and anyone who thinks they can do something about it we will see at districts..... well thats if cheatham is good enough to make it through and play us in the second or third round.

Cheatham Co. won the game against SC. they beat them by i think 11 or 12, but from what i hear they lost something afterwards. it was a very heated game this should be interesting at districts.

I think SC will win this one after the disappointing lose to harpeth they were hammered pretty hard by everyone, but they have finally got there heads together and i think they will pull a win out against cheatham tonight...

I think that west will win this simply because of his all around playing ability he can shoot from anywhere he can pass it dribble it anything, but i must say i didn't know much about moulton until i seen him play he is really good but he didn't do so hot when they played SC (except for the clutch three's he hit at the end of the game) i mean they didn't win but it sure made it interesting

Stewart county is in third but harpeth host them tonight in a match up that is possibly the biggest game of the entire season for the rebels they can not afford to lose this one although nothing matters until districts SC would like to go into districts with a 1 or 2 seed. I think SC realizes the importance of the game tonight so i look for those standings to change after tonight.

The lady Rebs are not really living up to there expectations but every team has to go through rebuilding years i think the rebs will get used to there new coach and put htere confidence in him and when they do that i think they will begin to play more like a team and that will produce more victories in itself.

There is a lot of good three point shooters out there, but i noticed up in Stewart County theres a freshman (Jackson) that plays varsity and she has hit some pretty clutch three pointers for them this year. As she gets older i'll bet she will pretty deadly from deep. SC also has some other deep shooters in (carder, barrow,and rose)

I also see Stewart County taking this one. In the past few weeks west has been unstoppable posting numbers of 41 34 and 28. If waverly can't contain west then waverly is in for a long night, but if waverly can hold him to under 20 then they might have a chance. I DON'T SEE THAT HAPPENING THOUGH!!!!!!!!!

hats off to Stewart County they played extremely well west put up 28 and got a big fast break dunk in the 2nd quarter, but as a whole the entire team played very well. Stewart county has montgomery central tonight lets see what happens in this game.

West played very well which is the usual for him, but that isn't his carrer high when they played montgomery central last year @ homecoming he put up 45 points as the rebels went on to win by double digits. (although it was a close game last night between SC and Cheatham the rebels didn't play good in the middle at all they gave up to many rebounds that they shouldn't have, but now they are looking foward to taking on harpeth at home on friday.)

Stewart County is really got there work cut out with 3 difficult teams all back to back cheatham, harpeth, and sycamore. it will be interesting to see the out come of all these games. i think they are capable of winning all of these games, but it will take teamwork and there "A" game.

I think harpeth will win this one by 5 or 10 points, but i think that if they don't watch out waverly is capable of doing the same to them

I think that sycamore will win this one because even though it isn't a division game they need as much momentum as possible so they can stay on stride with division leading stewart county (who gave them there only loss this year).

Creekwood got the best of Stewart County last time, but SC has bounced back and they are tied for 1st place in the district while creekwood is 3rd or 4th. I think that SC will win if they come out and play like they can play, but if they don't then there could be an upset in the making. Personally i don't see them losing though.

I know there is alot of good defensive players around, but if there as any good three point shooters or good ball handlers i would say that the upfront guys for stewart county (Wojtal and Wallace) could shut down most any of them.

I think that Stewart will win this one because they have already beat the guys @ houston county and @ the christmas tournament they played in. Although it is hard to beat a team so many times in a row, i still give stewart the win by double digits.
