Im looking forward to seeing this MC team continuing to get better and mature. I am worried about bledsoe throwing the ball a lil bit on our secondary, but on the other side of the ball we are gonna line up and play power football. Last week we seemed to get better as the game went on. Good luck to both warriors in this one! Marion wins by 14.

Marion should win this game. Grundy shouldn't be able to stop our power offense. I also look for grundy to throw the ball a lot more this game. Hopefully we have made some changes at the corner positions. Marion wins by 21!

Yeah I showed up for the 4th quarter because the last score check on sp game I heard was 7-0 and Marion was losing 42-7 at that point any common football fan would have wanted to watch a closer game. So I drove down there and when I got there it was like 28-7 sp. But I know everyone on here is guilty of goin to watch another game every now and then its football. But oh well I'm tired of being the only Marion fan on here so as far as the game this Friday MC 27-14!

Talking about smoking somethin? Look who's talking about a team that they prob haven't watched all season or better yet prob see them play once a year. Marion fans are some of the most loyal football fans you will meet they travel well, the hospitality to other teams that come to our place is great, and they sit thru a game rain or shine. Last I checked this thread was about a whitwell Marion game and how Marion could improve what does talkin bad about our fans have anything to do with that? You worry about your fans filling a stadium first then you can talk bad about ours. Cause trust me I was at the sp Grundy game and Grundy brought as many if not more than yall had on Friday night. IMO Marion has a good coaching staff that has been around the game a lot of time. It's just hard to win games when everyone on the team just wants to fuss and argue. You can't win when you have players jealous of the other ones for scoring (linemen included) no one wants to step up and be a leader. As far as the team that played alcoa I was on that team and wore number 45! We actually played as a team and wanted to win no matter what it took. This years team has no heart and honestly the more I watch them the more I think they don't want to win. They have the talent to win ball games. So imo its not the coaches its something inside the players is the reason we aren't winning and its called (heart, motivation, leadership, and want to win no matter the cost). Just my opinion hopes this helps clear something's up!

After watching Grundy play last Friday night, I will say they are not going to be a push over! They will hang with the pirates for a quarter maybe a half but then sp will slowly pull away! SP 35 Grundy 7

This will be a close game but I have boyd on top in the end by 14!

If Marion plans to keep this one close we are going to have to play perfect defense! From tackling to forcing turnover. Marion also needs to control the ball. Prediction part in the week!

Friday night will be a long night for Marion if they play like they did last week! I hope they can get things straight over practice this week always enjoy playing Bledsoe. I hope its a better game than everyone is predicting!

Grundy clearly wanted the w more than Marion! On offense Marion couldn't get anything going right. A few pass plays and a long run by the qb is all we had. The defense needs to go back to little league and practice form tackling. This hit with one shoulder stuff isn't cutting it! Quit worrying about making the highlight reel and shoot your arms and wrap up! Hope we can pull it together before it gets to deep into the season! Good luck warriors!

It was a sloppy game on both sides not much offense. Special teams was the trick for Marion. Drew played well lastnight not only on punt return he ran the ball well also.

It was good to see Marion get a win lastnight against Grundy. Marion defense stepped it up lastnight. I liked what i was seeing when someone was being held up marion was trying to rip the ball out. Always good to win on homecoming!! Keep it going next week boys!
