  1. It was on CBS's pre-game coverage, right before kick-off. Vince missed the team flight, because of traffic. Fisher said that he would be fined and that was it.
  2. I think before we could know the next coach we would have to know the next general manager. I don't see Floyd Reese surviving after this season. Once a GM is in place, he would largely dictate the head coach, with Bud's blessing, of course. I hope it's not Wade Phillips.
  3. Congrats to Gabby! She's got a lot of playing time ahead of her.
  4. If it's listed on a school's Coach T schedule and the score gets plugged in, it counts on here, where it matters!
  5. Clarkrange and football? Do they play for another school or are they starting a program?
  6. Way to go Travis!! Rockvale is proud for you!
  7. I'll hear some good info in the morning from the coach's dad.
  8. Does any body have any details of the game or some stats?
  9. Does anybody have any details of the Riverdale v Wilson Central game? Must have been a good game, judging from the score.
  10. I know a bunch of those girls and agree with you, it's going to be a great year in 7AAA. BTW it's Kierra McCleary @ Oakland, not Cynthia. You know that. Siegel is looooooooaaaaaaded. They could go very far this year. I really don't see a weakness with this team. Anne Marie Lanning is a human highlight film when she's healthy. Those girls @ Riverdale are for real. Hicks is good to watch too, but she needs to play more team ball. I'm sure Coach Hibdon is working on that. All four Boro teams will good this year.
  11. You would have better luck getting a tiger to change it's stripes than to get Larry to change the way he coaches. Larry is as passionate about basketball as anybody you'll ever meet, when he's on the court. He's not fake, he just leaves it all on the court (or sidelines in his case). His players love playing for him and it shows. Fulmer and Fisher could learn a few things about discipline from Larry White.
  12. With Jerry Jones it's all about satisfying his ego. If the Cowboys finish the season below his expectations (they're already well on their way), he will go after an elite name. I really think the Titans will exercise their option on Fisher for next year. If they don't get a contract worked out before March, I think Fisher will refuse a Titans offer for 2008 and be a "free agent" coach. I could also see Daniel Snyder going after Fisher. Either way Fisher will come out of this a multi-millionaire (again).
  13. Forrest is the champs, so until they get beat, they are the team to measured against. What are the NCAA rumors?
  14. Heard on the radio this morning that the Cowboys are hoping to get Jeff Fisher if his contract option for next year is not picked up by the Titans. Even at that, the Titans can only extend his contract by one year. I have mixed emotions on this. The Titans stink, but I attribute that more to Floyd Reese's poor drafting and the salary cap mess. If Fisher has the team he can coach, but he doesn't have much to work with right now.
  15. That's a great match up between two very talented teams that are well coached. Too bad it's not on TV.
  16. Very good River Rat. (Sorry, saw you were from TC). Could we just take up a collection at every game, buy out TO's contract and never let him on the field again? As the season goes on, he will have more antics every week. Does anybody have any ideas on what he will do next? I'm waiting for him to blast Parcells. That should go over like a fart in church.
  17. RBS by as many as they want to score. If Larry White turns the big Dawgs loose. They can mash. Roper, you're just giving them bulletin board material. Seriously, if Richland plays RBS a close game, within 6 points, they are state tournament material. Richland always plays hard, this will be a good test.
  18. A one game suspension (60 minutes of football).
  19. The #1 overall will depend on who has the pick or if they are willing to trade it, etc. I was shocked that Houston didn't take Reggie Bush, in the 2006 draft. If they don't play any better than they did against the Titans last Sunday, they get a do-over.
  20. So far, I don't see in huge impact players that will make for a strong #1 pick.
  21. His first name is Gaines. Gaines Adams, Sr. DE, 6-5, 260. Definitely has the size for an NFL DE.
  22. P, I agree that the $12 is worth it. I became a plus member a few months ago and it makes the entire website much better. Give it some time and I'm sure more and more middle school folks will be getting on here. I appreciate all of your efforts on Coach T, you do a great job of getting some discussion going. I hope to see you at a game some time. I don't think siegel has played Eagleville in any sport yet? Do you recall? Later
  23. Moore County should have a lot of talent coming back and they are always good. They are a well coached team and one of the most disciplined teams on the court that you will see. They have very good ball handlers, rebounding and post play is what I'm not sure of. They may have some tough players inside that can scrap and get the ball. Moore County is in a tough district and region. If they can get out of the region tournament and make it to state, who knows?
  24. The college season is in full swing and we're seeing who has talent and can take it to the next level. List 1 - 5 your picks for 2007's NFL draft. 1. Brady Quinn Notre Dame 2. Adrian Peterson Oklahoma 3. Ted Ginn Jr. Ohio St. 4. Calvin Johnson Georgia Tech 5. Robert Meachem Tennessee Several are underclassmen and may not come out. Have fun with it!
