DB beat the Lady Cyclones twice... just by one run each time in the last inning. Sweeping?

We played last weekend at the NFS tournament in Unicoi. Friday we beat Volunteer pretty good and lost to Morristown East 1-0. Saturday we won against Happy Valley and Sullivan South but lost to Cherokee to play for the championship 2-1 in extra innings. Had games scheduled this past week but rescheduled them due to spring break. We play Sullivan East tomorrow, Hampton Tuesday, and Volunteer Wed if nothing has changed. =)

Elizabethton is one to look out for this year too.

Cause the only good AA teams come from chatanooga and knoxville, sure there are other respectable teams, CPA you are not one of them, hume-fogg, and ezell-harding, nor are you one of them, East rules AA the last 4 championships, CAK 3 and lenoir city both from knoxville and with the addition of knox catholic to AA theres sure to be another trophy coming to k-town

I don't think anyone "hates" anyone. I believe it's just the strong competition. Just like Elizabethton girls basketball team. It's the same way. Everyone wants to beat the number 1 team. It's really nothing personal I assure you.

Never said it was disrespectful. And I could really care less if they have been doing it for years. I just wanted to voice my oppinion on how I didn't think it was very classy. But now that I've voiced it, thats all im saying

Good game, and I, like everyone else is discouraged with the illegal pitch call. But even more discouraged that the Lady Blue Devils, after the game, walked on to the CYCLONES pitcher mound and did their cheer. I wouldn't call that class. Maybe they weren't thinking, I don't know, but I know the Cyclones have talked about it before and the coach gets on the girls after a win if they even start to walk out to the home teams pitching mound unless it's theirs.

Final score 8-4, interesting weekend. Elizabethton beat Cherokee the night before 8-3... Good job both teams!

yeah lets not get the big head here, both teams played good, didnt get to see much of Unicoi but I'm sure they did. I know one thing, they aren't going to quit, and neither are the cyclones. Can't wait for Tuesday night! Go Cyclones!
