Darn Omni, I thought you were a Seq fan! Everyone knows Bledsoe has a good little team, no need in trying to scare SM. In a few weeks will you be downing Bledsoe when they come to town? I stated earlier they were a balanced team, but they haven't played anyone remotely close to SM in years. I hope Bledsoe gets the win but, I don't think they have the depth to stay with them the whole game. Bledsoe keeps it close half way through the 3rd quater then SM pulls away with the win. SM 34 Bledsoe 21 Bye the way Bledsoe fans, is the field still in bad shape I haven't seen it since last year? It was hard as a rock with little grass or weeds, mostly dust.

That many turnovers and only scoring 21 points, could pose a problem as the season goes on especially in district games. Having said that it's early and Coach Barger and staff will have the Indians ready. The remaining games will get harder and points off turnovers will be crucial. I also think getting that many turnovers in a game will decline with the better competition.

I will agree tha SM will win but, I don't think they will win by 4 or 5 TDS. Bledsoe has a lot more balanced Offense than Tyner, so for that reason I say it will be closer than you think.

Did you recruit different players. Surely they knew they were the under dogs last year too. I just don't think Meigs has improved enough to beat SEQ. SEQ 35 Meigs 8

Didn't mean to open up a can of worms Troll, but I agree with the majority. When Coach Turner has the athletes, Tyner can play with anyone. I have seen the inconsistency with Tyner you spoke about, however, it's to early to tell if they will be inconsistant this year, that's why I said what I said. I believe Sm will get the win by 10.

Since this is Tyner's first game Troll, why do you say "depending on which Tyner team shows up"?

So, your answer to ChattCity is yes correct? If all SM fans, Your Coach and school administration felt like you do and I expect they do, why are you avoiding Alcoa? If you want to be the best then you have to play the best! Alcoa is the ONLY team I can think of that could compete in any qualification.

It's not fair to bash that kid or any kid that knocked down, especially since he is not on here to defend his self! It's time for everybody to quit bashing kids just to get back at what someone said on this board. I'm not singling you out, because others do this as well. I know you don't mind and neither would I but, wouldn't you rather be focusing on the positive things at SM instead of the negative ones? I personally have nothing against Sm as a whole, just a few arrogant fans from time to time. I think people are bashing SM because you have been successful so quickly.

So, how is practice going? Haven't got a chance to see the Indians yet.

I think you are forgetting a few other players that graduated from Seq. Co. Steward 1000yd + back, Potts, Steele, Clark, Cooley, Howard I'm sure I'm forgetting some. All of these will be missed. Lewis was not the only player on the team and since I know him, I can say he would be the first to tell you that. Last years team had a lot of depth and I don't know if this years team has that, maybe Coach can tell us.

I only have one question, why are people that aren't involved with the team on the sidelines anyway? Just asking!!
