Johnston may be a good addition at Coalfield, because he is a good player, but would not have been utilized at Oak Ridge. Overall I think a good move for Johnston. Now he just has one more flaw.

This is true..ive talked to several players from Farragut and Bearden...let me claify myself, i was talking of the parents and fans..the boys are very good boys.

Past Couple Years Well my team has beaten Farragut twice..with their oh precious God Caddy on the mound..at their house. As for Bearden, we scrimmaged them a couple times...and played one of the play-dates against them..which ended in a tie.

oh..only 12 threes....thats so much better than 15. I mean not to take anything away from Powell because that was a very impressive performance...but all a win like that does is tick off the Wildcats...especially when there is such poor sportsmanship on the Powell side (i.e. rushing the court). To tell you the truth, I understand that, its a big game. I would encourage my students to rush the court if I didnt know its just poor sportsmanship. Oak Ridge already has district won. Therefore the game, really did not mean a thing, except for one loss and one win on records, that by the way means nothing come tourney time. Congrats to Powell.

haha..he is gifted! I dont know how he works at school for baseball but ive seen him in thunder 9 o clock every saturday morning....and i know he works out/hits there at least 3 times a week.

As for committing, I am talking about players who commit around July 1 or so...like Josh Liles last year, he was committed to UT way before the signing period. The early signing period is like the first week in November after the players junior year....that is when most above average high school players sign....thats what im talking about being the "new thing". and im saying most high school players will have the option to play high school ball if they find the right place...the smaller schools look for players with good work ethics....and some bigger schools too...all depends on the coach. I mean its a good thing ur going D1 or else you wouldnt know about it. /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" /> It's not lack of knowledge of players, its an opinion..just as urs is..who is the player from karns? Stroup? he is the only decent junior karns has.

Karns have a couple pitchers...but so does Halls, Powell and Oak Ridge.
