you beat me to it bigtime. tucker is absolutely the best scorekeeper i've seen since.....actually he is the best i've ever seen. tucker not only has uncanny scorekeeping skills, but occasionally he'll leave inspirational quotes in the margin. now does your scorekeeper do that? didn't think so. tucker can outscore anyone in the state without a doubt. he's amazing. one time i witnessed him score an entire game with a pencil without an eraser. i it went extra innings too. simply astonishing. in his free time, tucker draws his own custom scorebooks and scores complete games using his imagination. he's scored up such complicated plays that not even ten major league staticians could decipher what had happened on the play. michael tucker is so good that sometimes, instead of using the standard scorekeeping techniques, he draws out miniture portraits of every play in each square. honest truth, i've seen it myself. flat out what i'm trying to say is, michael tucker is an amazing scorekeeper, and to top it all he's only a junior. look out next year theres no telling what may happen!

east is up by 3 games, with two games against west and two games against jeff to go. tough schedule to end a conference season. what's the news on stansbury(sp)?

i agree, thats a horrible reason to give up some games. doesnt seem like that big of a deal to me...maybe if they tried to play the ex-player, but to let him sit in the dugout and maybe give a little advice...tough luck.

good baseball game tonight. east did a good job of turning jeff. co. mistakes into runs and that's how baseball games are won. capitalizing on mistakes and not making them yourself. jeff has a dh at west tom. and will pitch story and belcher. two VERY important games and a great way to snap a slump.

i have seen some horrible umpires this year. im not even sure the crew at cherokee a few days ago had ever heard of the infield fly rule. but you gotta remember they are just high school umpires, so we cant expect them to get everthing right.

jeff lost another. it was horrible game, no focus on the field or at the plate. steven solomon pitched a pretty good game, definately good enough to win the game. the pats face off against DB tonight @ DB barring the rain holds off. not sure who'll jeff will pitch, or if they even have anyone left to pitch. we'll see.

i haven't heard that yet, but it would be great. i would much rather play there, than at greenville's park, considering tusculum has an amazing field. keep us posted if you hear anything else on this topic!

yeah, no joke...east is playing a heck of schedule, and are fairing pretty well. they may not have beaten halls or farragut but both games could have went either way. east may very well be a realistic competitor for the conference title. we'll just have to see how they play against west and jeff. Jeff has east monday and DH @ west on tuesday. its gonna be another tough week. will be interesting to see how the pitching lays out. The pats lost to happy valley tonight in the kingsport tournament 11-9. pitching could have went better for jeff. co., along with a few mental mistakes. it was a tough loss. jeff. plays gate city tom. who i believe just played their first game of the year tonight against DB, so i dont know a whole lot about them. hopefully jeff will come out with another win.
