I agree i think East has a talented well coached team but i think jeff will at least take one and might even take two if they come in focused and ready to play.

No cocky is saying you will win 9 times out of 10 and saying another team does not have a chance ..... cocky is not being excited about winning two games against a rival team. every team gets excited about that and every year teams talk about it if they win. That is a totally different story when an analysts has a prediction .... you are a player saying you will win 9 out of 10. Look man just go out and play good the rest of the year and dont worry about what people say on this thing. I really am a Patriot fan, i just dont like it when people get these type of attitudes like you (Jeff is the best ever)

He is is def not being an "ungracious" winner. He is just happy his team won and is trying to show you that you better be able to back up your words. I think you were a little too confindent with your team (that has now lost 6 straight). Dont hate on someone for trying to put you in your place after being too cocky. Next time dont come on coacht and talk about how good you are and how they dont stand a chance, just go out on the field and play your game.

I dont think it is lack of class by trojan e ... he is just an excited fan and is showing you that YOU have to walk the walk instead of talking the talk..... you sure could talk it but you couldnt back it up on the field tues night. I STILL think Jeff county is no better than an average team. Now the question is....are they going to turn things around and start playing some quality ball like they have shown in the past. Word on the street is he is going to pitch against West again on Tuesday. I totally disagree with this. He should def. be pitching against a good East team on Monday and get a leg up on them.

What im saying about Story is he is the only one who even has a chance of beating teams like South Doyle, Bearden, Science Hill and so on which has been proved in their recent tourney they played in

Jeff Co will go as far as Story takes them ..... Without Story they are a VERY average team. They have a couple of decent hitters in Crouch, Long, Sherrod, and Belcher. Their defense if pretty good with long, belcher, and crouch but besides that the defense is average. Belcher and Taylor have shown success on the mound but teams like south doyle, bearden, farragut, and science hill will handle them with ease. I hope this team goes far but i think they have to realize that they are going to have to walk the walk and quit trying to just talk the talk. GO PATS

Well my prediction was wrong Jeff won 3-1 in a good ball game. Story is a bulldog on the mound. He is much better than last year. He probably wont lose until he faces one of the top knoxville teams (south doyle or bearden). Cant wait to see the double header between these teams.

Im going to predict a Trojan victory. I think Jeff has too much confidence. A team cannot go into a game thinking they cannot get beat. Yes they should expect to win but i think this team has too much confidence after already losing to the trojans and then getting beat by an average Central team. 4-2 West

how about story from jeff county ... like 34 ks in 19 innings i believe and has only given up 2 runs

For a middle infielder the Rawlings Pro Preferred 11 1/4 is the best glove out there .... the nokonas are too thin and wear out too easy and the wilson is also too flimsy. If you are willing to pay the price the pro preferred is the way to go

Yes Jeff Co has scored 90 runs in 9 games but i think they only scored 1 run against wets on their previous meeting. I am not sure but i dont believe he was even one of their top three pitchers. Yes i think jeff should win with story on the hill but anything could happen .... look at 2004 when west had UNC's Matt Spencer on the hill. Jeff co took game one 1-0 and then got beat in game 2 with BRIDGEWATER on the mound. I think it will be a great day for baseball and dont forget about jeff not having their SS for this game. Dont count West out quite yet

When is this game?

I was at the game and was amazed that west had the qaulity of pitcher they did after playing 4 games that week. Jeff co WILL win when they face west and story is on the mound. Other than that i like west. I think west puts a lot of pressure on jeff county with their great discipline and good coaching. They do the little things that it takes to when big games. Dont get me wrong jeff is a good team but i feel like good hitting teams can hit anyone except story
