Even though the Trotters were the only team that made it to the championshp bracket - i would like to congradulate all the TN teams for the hard work they put in. Good Job ladies and next year will be a better year. Keep up the hard work!!!!!

Classic Bracket Memphis Lady Elite (Daniels) defeat Tennessee Lady Shox by a score of 76 - 70 to advance in the loser's bracket where they will face the Louisiana Lady Heat. With the loss, the Lady Shox end their play at the National Championships. The 2 games between the Elite and the Shox were classic. 2 games both OT fights to the end. Never seen Two "TEAMS" work harder. It was Team play in both games that gave each a win. Keep up the good work Ladies. Both teams were great to watch.

So the only teams everyone thinks have a chance are the Team Pride teams , the memphis teams and the KGC teams. What about the suprise teams. The ones that are not part of a "club" but still made it to the nationals.

Are there any results from the 12u/13u games

Does anyone know any final results? It was intersting (meaning pointless) how they paired the 12u and 13U together for the final play.

I was wondering the same thing. Has anyone found out yet? It starts today.

I agree. It would be nice to know some of the girls names so we can look for them in the future. I have seen a lot of potential and would like say my daughter played against her in 2006 and now she is in the WNBA.

You have to admit that Some of the "excuses' that were given could factor into what happened this weekend. Anyone could give excuses for the end result. Congradulations to the Elite-Daniels team, the Trotters, the Tigers the Shox and Moore County. all of you girls played hard. There were alot of very noticable injuries, and some very poor officiating. So what we need to do is move on and support the 5 teams going to represent Tn in the nationals. Hopefully all teams will be in tip top shape. - Sorry for your loss tigers I know that was very impacting.

I also said there were no excuses. 2x State Champs or 2nd year program they are two very talented teams. Yes, the Tigers may have been in the same boat the Shox were this weekend. Once again no excuses. They both need to come to Shelbyville, be ready mentally and physically and play hard. In my opinion that will be the best game of the whole tournament. Again, congrats to the Tigers on their win and both teams need to come ready in 2 weeks

Like you said they did play very well this weekend and I agree with that, but until state they can still only be constidered the defending champs not the "best". they are still 1-1 aganst the Shox. Its still anyone's game.

Congrats Tigers you did well this weekend. I did want to say I like the show of sportsmanship by the Tigers during the Last Shox game. They had a off weekend, but no excuses. But we still won't know who the best is until state. But isn't that where you are suppose to find these things out. See you there!
