Chris Tuck is a VERY good defensive player (and now, a offensive guard as well). Just wondering highschoolfootball, do you play? Tuck cant make every play, he is supposed to. The ones he doesnt make, someone else on the D does...Ryan Hankins, Kurt Reeves, Parker Holman, Orlando Taylor, Aaron Yates, Glen Adkins, and so on. How do you come off saying that he is over-rated? He is a very good player. Tuck, you got some people that doubt you man (or just one ---he's the only one). Go PROVE HIM WRONG!! (....its probably some waterboy thinking that he is awesome, but never played because he stinks! ) ---coacht changed what I really said. But thanks for the good luck thing. lol LETS GO JO BYRNS!!!

Tuck, its just about the middle of the week, how are ya'll looking? Is everybody healthy? Ya'll better be ready to play. I hope ya'll dont think that Nashville Christian will be a push over. This is too hard to predict. All of Region 5 is doing awesome this year. It is hard to pick one over the other. I have to go with Heritage though. Its going to be a great game! Good luck guys!

Well, its here now. Week 4. And I have got to say that Region 5 1A, is kicking some major butt. The combined records of these schools are 20-6 (Correct me if I am wrong). Good luck to all Region 5 schools this week. Practice hard, and get ready to bust some heads!

Hey man. Sorry nobody is showing ya'll any love. It was just like Jo Byrns last year. They werent getting anything, but then they started proving, week by week, that everybody was wrong. Looks like thats what ya'll will have to do. We all here, in region 5, know you are a force to be dealt with. Nobody here is counting you out (at least, Im not). Like you said, it is probably better to be talked about Later in the year, like around....December! Good luck to Cascade this year.

It took about 20-30 minutes to find this particular one. I dont know how you would would put it on a shirt, but that would look awesome. If you get that done, tell me, I'll pay ya for one. I kinda agree with this. It is alittle too soon to be talking week 4. Anything could happen this week, in determining week 4. It is a cool topic, maybe we will bring it up when it is actually week 4. Good idea though.

Thanks NeutralFan, and VoiceofRockets. Should be a good game. That would be interesting if they did move Tico out to Reciever for a one on one match-up. I forgot about Desmond for East. He is a threat also. Dominque Johnson from Forrest is pretty good. I remember his name from last year. I still dont know. It just depends on how Forrest comes out to defend against Tico....but then you have Desmond. It will be close. I think White House Heritage beat East in the preseason, right? I know preseason doesnt mean anything, but I am sure it means the world to a school like Heritage to beat a team like East. I want Forrest to win, because they are in our Region (so is East--kinda). I want East to win, so they have a decent record when they play Jo Byrns.

I am giving a shout out to my Region 5 boys. I am pulling for McEwen in this one. Havent seen either team play. Just for kicks, I will say that the score will be....21-17 McEwen Good luck McEwen. Bring home the "W" for Region 5!!

I agree. Should be a good one. East is 1-1 (1-0 in their region) Forrest is 3-0 (1-0 in their region). This isnt a region game for either side. I dont see this being a 41-7 blowout, but I think that East Robertson is going to win. I havent seen either team play, I am just going on how good both teams were last year. But with the loss of Carlos Hudson, from East, that might make it alittle more difficult for Tico. I dont know anybody from Forrest. Should be an interesting one. NeutralFan (or anybody), could you tell me alittle more about both teams?

Couple things. Thanks Mt. Pleasant tiger 87.....see, thats class. Congratulating another team after an important win, then saying, with class, that he respects us, and will like to meet us in the third round of the playoffs------I hope so too. Your ENTIRE team has alot of class. I hope JBS and MT. Pleasant do meet again. That would be a great game. Second thing. Eagles 50, first off, good game. Ya'll started alittle flat, then came back in the second half with alittle more steam. I dont know if it was dominanting, but the momentum seemed to be with you. With Shane going down before the half, that did seem to slow us down, and speed ya'll up. It was close. Now, some bold statements, coming from your coach: "We will meet them again, in the playoffs, and beat them". I just hope ya'll can back that up. Strong words, man. Just like Tuck said, No respect. Hey, about that Tennessean thing, I looked that up last night (on TENNESSEAN.COM ) scrolled down to Teams, then JO BYRNS FOOTBALL, then found the JBS v. Eagleville, then DETAILS. Its right there, cant miss it. It was out at about 11:30 last night. Should still be there. I thought it was interesting that he put "...and we will beat them then..." That was His words (Eagleville coach--dont know his name). Good win guys. Take it easy this week.
