  1. Just thought I'd mention a nice resource of pictures for teams that have played Ooltewah.. Mr. Bruce Cobb takes pictures of the team and their games and puts them up on his webshots site. Webshots gallery Hey go and look at or buy some of the pics There are pics of OHS games against Soddy Daisy, Hixson, CCS and CSAS. Oh yeah and the Chattanoogan has a little gallery for the OHS - SDHS game 9/13 OHS vs SDHS 9/13/07
  2. I managed to miss it but I understand Soddy Daisy JV 0 @ Ooltewah JV 3 Way to go girls!
  3. Ooltewah 0 Soddy Daisy 0 Hard fought game by both sides. Both teams had scoring opportunities and both defenses executed very well. Congrats to both the Lady Trojans and the Lady Owls on a great game.
  4. I want a cookie for correctly guessing the score of this game! Wish I could have seen it but I was busy watching our girls run up and down the field with Hixson. Neither team played badly but it won't go down in the history books or anything..... Thursday night, Soddy at the nest, that should be a better game to watch. Congrats to Baylor and ND on what sounds like it was a battle of Titans (plus good sportsmanship) WOW!
  5. Ooltewah 4 Hixson 0 2 Goals for Morgan Shelton 2 Goals from the back line, 1 for Jordan Middleton, 1 for Katie Finkle

  7. I agree that ND is hot right now... that field takes away a lot though... To bad it can't get flooded and force the game to Redoubt. I'm gonna guess a 1 - 0 win for Baylor. But really this one is too close to call and the bounce of the ball may make all the difference.
  8. Ooltewah 2 Centennial 2 Last Game for both at the CCS tournament There was some (poorly executed by refs ) shoot out thing at the end which Ooltewah won but obviously it counts as a tie. Very physical match, you could tell that both teams were playing their 3rd game in 24 hrs though. Morgan Shelton had both goals for Ooltewah. #6 (I think) for Centennial showed great determination and scored the tying goal in the final minutes. PS Thanks to the one girl from CCS who shagged balls/did ballgirl duties during this game.
  9. I was wondering what happened in the Farragut vs Oak Ridge game last night but then saw this
  10. Strangely the link to the pdf doesn't work for me. Just brings up a blank window. I've got acrobat and I'm running IE 7.0.5730
  11. I don't know about a best game but the CCS tournament should have a few good games. Blue Division on Friday 9/7 @CCS two fields (unless you have a dog in the fight probably nothing worth traveling to see here ) Anderson County vs CCS 3:30 Ooltewah Vs Coffee County 4:00 Science Hill vs Centennial 6:00 FRA vs Shelbyville 6:00 it will be an upset IMO if CCS, Ooltewah, Centennial and FRA don't win these 1st rounds 2nd round is Saturday 9/8 at 10:30, If I'm right it will be.... CSS vs Ooltewah should be a good match Centennial and FRA should also be a tough game I'd like to see an Ooltewah vs FRA final in the blue group but really any of these four teams could step up and win the Blue Division. Gold Division: I don't know the teams on this side as well but I'm leaning towards Notre Dame winning thru... Just a darn talented group of girls, top to bottom.... Friday 9/7 @ CCS 2 fields.... Notre Dame vs Tullahoma 4:00 Knox Catholic vs Cleveland 5:30 CPA vs Independence 8:00 Maryville vs Tn High 8:00 Their 2nd round is at 12:30 on Saturday Blue Div Final is 5 on Saturday IIRC Gold Div Final is 7 on Saturday I don't think they play a grand champion game... just a #1 for each division. I may be wrong.... Hope you catch a great game or two! School location: Chattanooga Christian School 3354 Charger Drive Chattanooga, TN 37409

  19. Someone from Sycamore needs to put their schedule in.... Eurosport schedule for Sycamore They were supposed to play Harpeth on the 21st but I don't see a score in yet. Sorry don't know much about the Central and West teams.
  20. Hope the river provides some cooling breezes at GPS at 7:00 tonight... Ooltewah vs GPS at 3:00 PM the local temp was 102.2 (sounds like a radio station) Best of luck to em, I gotta go to a middle school football game.
  21. I was quite surprised to hear that our OHS JV game with GPS was cancelled. I thought at first it was a heat thing but the reason we were given was "GPS didn't have enough JV players" ?? GPS always fields a quality Varsity squad and their JV team has always been strong as well. If it is true they aren't having a JV squad, I wonder what impact this will have in the long run on the strength of the GPS varsity. Those minutes of play on JV can be a great learning and training ground for girls that aren't doing select, and aren't quite ready for the Varsity yet. Just wondering from the sidelines
  22. Ooltewah 8 Walker Valley 0 and I can't add scores either.... I emailed coachT. I'm running IE 7.0.5730 also. PS Weren't we supposed to avoid putting scrimmage scores in as it shows on our W/L record?
  23. Yep me too. invalid call of the function listGetAt, second Argument (posNumber) is invalid, invalid string list index [0] ah well try try another day.
  24. and I think that Ooltewah and Notre Dame do a scrimmage tonight (08/14) at Redoubt. JV 5:00 Varsity 6:30 ?? Best of luck to both. Man that is gonna be hot out there!
  25. Just wondering why most schools including my own Ooltewah, aren't showing Girl's Soccer right now. Team homepages, rosters and schedules that were there seem to be gone. Any ETA on their return?
