Yeah. I don't know what happened before halftime or why he calls timeout when he does. I guess we will never know. Player gotta make plays too though. 6 drops with 3 of them for first down and two of them being for scores kind of kills you. It hasbeen that way all year though. Just a shame to see the season end that way. Cleveland played a good sound game tonight. Your running back #28 is a beast. Good luck in the semi's.

Wow......I was at the game tonight and I've never seen a team leave more plays on the field as East Hamilton did tonight. 6 dropped passes and 2 would have been scores. Cleveland is a very good team but if EH plays to their full potential Canes win by 10 to 14 points. The plays were out there all night. I dont mind getting beat by a team when you make all the plays and just get beat. Losing the way EH lost tonight stings alot. That fiasco before half time. Tell me why the coach doesn't know what down it is and why he calls timeouts at such seemingly useless times. Just a few questions to ask ourselves as this good season that could have been great comes to an end. GO CANES!!!!

I'm looking forward to see these Dogs another year of physical maturity and weight room work. They will be a monster for the next couple of years.

I know its a bit late but I want to congratulate my Dogs on great season. Can't wait to see what this young group can do next year. Time to do work over the summer and get ready for another great year in 2014. GO DOGS! !!!

That's very true. The schedule Boyd played was very tough for a young team. I always have high expectations for Boyd because of the tough disciplined program coach Reynolds has built down here. Everyone I have talked to was very surprised at how the season turned out there. I guess you guys are a victim of everybody's high expectations. That's not a bad problem to have.

No disrespect intended there skydogg. By down I didn't mean bad. I ment down as in young and not as good as Boyd teams I've seen in the past. Never thought I'd see the day they would go 4-6. Its more of a complement than anything. I expect Boyd to come back quickly.

Wish I could read the other thread. Heard it was interesting. Lol. This game should be a good one. Hampton is playing good football right now and Silverdale is good but lost to a very down Boyd Buchanan team. By no means do I think this will be easy for either team. It should be a real good game. Sound like it. I thought Hampton would win this one if they played their best and didn't turn the ball over. Gotta fix those penalties. If they can do that the Dogs could be a tough out for anyone in quad 1 Silverdale lost to Boyd Buchanan tonight for their district title. I think that may make Hampton a 2nd seed in Quad 1. We will see though.

I know you didn't ask me but...... If the two schools combined it would put them in 2A for regular season and 3A in the playoffs. They would be in the district with Elizabethton, HV, Unicoi, JC, and company. I think they would be pretty competitive against all in that district except E town. They are a different animal.

Yeah. Statistics tell the story more than the scores. It sure will be a good atmosphere up there Friday. I might make the trip to see it.

Gosh! I love this rivalry. Cloudland has won all their games up to this point. Hampton is playing better football right now. This will be a barn burner on the Roan Friday night. Sounds like Hampton was 5 touchdowns better than SG last night. The Dogs are rolling king into this game. Cloudland has won there last two against the same opponents. That being said the Dogs are the champs of this region until they are beaten. I'm gonna go with those MEN from Hampton to do it again this Friday. GO DOGS!!!!!!

Wow! Sounds like this might have been one of those games where I might have gotten upset. Glad the Dogs were able to hold on and get the win against the Rebels and Zebras. Next week is looking promising for Hampton! GO DOGS!!!!!
