Did he compete in regionals Monday for team and individual? If so how did he do?

He did, and Harrison beat him @ 6-8 Lyons cleared 6-6 and jus missed 6-8, Should be interesting to see how they do in regional and state.

Jason Lyons WR/FS Hampton, Jonathan Lyons's brother Has alot of potential if he works at this summer.

I am new to this track and field. What looks good for state this year? I have been trying to find stats and as I said I am new to this.

I bet if either of the coaches mentioned were coaching you wouldn't be on these boards all the time, I believe some players are going to be in for a rude awakening when a new coach comes in.

I dont know about the team but I would look for Estep to do more damage himself than alot of other teams will do.

There building the field of dreams there and with the money there putting in the facilities, they wont have a problem replacing the coach.
