Hope the seniors can have an enjoyable senior night against White County. Last time it was the mud bowl. I hope some of the seniors that don't normally get to play a lot get to see the field in their last home game(hopefully not the last). A lot of those kids work their tails off as does most of the team. Go Eagles!!

I'm gonna have to agree on this. A kid who is 6'5 300 pounds in high school football can't contribute on defense? right....

The boys gave a good effort. I don't remember very many dropped passes from us. Cleveland had a good game plan and stuck to it. I'm tired of hearing this team doesn't have any talent. You have two D1 lineman, the best receiver in the region, a solid quarterback, a kid who has been named all region twice and does it all, a linebacker who averages over 10 tackles a game, a nose guard who's motor doesn't stop, and the list goes on. Sounds like some power players to me. Injuries hurt your team, but you can't use that as an excuse for getting beat by 30. Anybody who wears green and gold hates to lose to Cleveland like that. Hopefully we can see them again in the playoffs.

I remember reading that when Caleb graduated he was one of only five players to throw for over 5 thousands yards in their career. Pretty impressive, even tho he had a knack for throwing interceptions. He would have had a higher completion percentage if it weren't for all the dropped passes. His athleticism was underrated. Not saying he was one of the best players ever but the kid could play some football.

I'm pretty sure this guy has played football. Just because someone has bold opinions or you don't agree with him doesn't mean they have never played football. About the game. McMinn was pretty good. They're three losses were to ranked teams and they were all undefeated. They had good skill players. And the quarterback was pretty good. Rhea contained the pass for most of the game besides giving up big plays. The zone run up the middle killed us. Rhea came out firing on every phase of the game but then kinda fizzled out. Rhea is a very talented team, they just have to keep the intensity for 4 quarters. Caleb Price is a heck of a linebacker. Walker Valley will be tougher than in years past but we should win. Go Eagles!!

What's wrong with having a chip on your shoulder all the time? I think that's a good quality. I don't see anything wrong with a person that wants to prove them self.

Are you flipping serious?? Did you just crawl out of a cave or something?? Coach Fitzgerald has been back for a while, and he has done a better job than Hammontree did. And we don't run the ball up the middle every play. Yeah, we run the ball a lot but give me a break. We run the ball so much cuz we're so good at it. Julian Sharp is 300 yards away from breaking the single season record for rushing yards in a season. Not to mention Chris Roberts has more than 600 yards on the ground. We don't have as good as a passing game in years past, but the running game may be the best ever in school history. I didn't think it took a genius to notice this, but I guess I'm wrong.

M4rcut keep giving your honest opinion and trying to motivate the team through your bashing posts. Now to the game. I'd like to see Rhea get the passing game going. Honestly, it has not done good all year. The quarterback position has struggled to be consistent and all of the receivers have struggled too. This team has loads and I mean loads of potential. They have the best running game in the state. If they can get a consistent passing game and good secondary play, see ya in Murfreesboro, promise ya. But those are two bigs ifs. The receiving core is very athletic and they can all catch. I can't tell you why we drop so many. If this team gets consistent, they'll surprise a lot of people.

This is quite humerous. I think m4rcut is trying to motivate this team more than anything. I highly doubt anyone could rag a team this much. I don't think people are this heartless. The players and coaches read these posts, so he prolly thought he could get on here and start a bunch of bull. And he hoped to get all the players and coaches motivated by reading this. I could be wrong, but this is just my theory.

You are kinda contradicting yourself. There are weak teams in region 3-4a, just like there is weak teams in 4-4a. I believe you have said this many times, " The schedule is what it is." Maryville doesn't recruit, that's garbage. They got a great program and that starts with coaching. They have one of the best coaching staffs in the state. They have a lot more rings than us, so we can't really say anything. They have earned respect and deserve it. They win the right way.

We don't need the positives pointed out. We already know what they are. That's known as bragging. Bragging people are considered selfish, so I think the point is proven. Chatt Central aint a cupcake, they are a good football team and their program is on the rise. I appreciate your support and confidence in us, but don't come on here and boast about us then put down the other team.
