i believe this is the hardest teams to play at home 1A Stadiums mt.pleasant ( the jungle ) 2A Stadiums loundon 3A Stadiums giles ( brickyard ) especalliy the tigers and the bobcats because everybody gets behind them. you can barely hear the play on the field there. i cant say much about loundon i havent been there but i have heard that it is hard to play there

well he went down when he had a guy hold on to his knee for a little too long and he might have tweeked his acl a little bit. but if i was the other teams i might be prepared to see him in the next few weeks. Hes a fighter and theres no way the coach will be able to keep him off the field. Good luck in the post season Wilky. Everyone says hi. Best wishes

Just so everyone knows i being #7 for giles county did not start this topic. I forgot to sign out at school and someone got on my name and used it to start this. I am not a big talker i believe actions speak louder than words and I for one know that u cant overlook n e one and it really doesnt matter what your regular season record is as long as u make it to November. I just wanted to clear my name and let everyone know that i DIDNT start this topic.

i see how yall think DL can beat giles co. if they do beat them, do u think that will be the only loss for giles and do u think that the two could meet again in the playoffs????....also what do u think the score of the game will be between the two 3a powerhouses???

Personally i think Giles Co. is one of the best teams in 3A football. I know alot of people will disagree with me but not all of you have seen them play. Giles Co. does have the chance to go undefeated and run the tables through the playoffs if they can get past certain teams like David Lipscomb in the regular season and possibly Fulton, Jacdson Southside, and even David Lipscomb again in the playoffs. Giles players dont have a big head and are taking games one at a time and know what they have to do to make it all the way. I feel that they can make it all the way but i want to know what the rest of yall have to say about....

but yea coach wilky u should come back up here and watch us sometime we r workin as a team instead of being indivuals and i think u would be impressed with how we r hittin the weight room and field but i will talk to you lata this is j-roll back again i hope u miss us as much as we miss you

Thanks Big Country, the coaches had us well prepared for the game. Not having Edgmon did have a couple heads down but we knew we could do it if we worked as a unit. Dunavant played extremely well last night most of the time and Perez did and excellent job. Best of luck to Cheatham County for the rest of the season.

SAM EDGMON WILL NOT PLAY...i just found out he will be replaced by a very talented junior DAVIS PARDON...he is about 5'11 200pds and runs a great 40. He is very athletic and will give Cheatham Co. plenty of trouble. If i were them i would watch out for #26 Davis Pardon bc he will have a type of game just a good as MR. Edgmon.

I'm pickin GC. Dont know by how much.......just depends on how long and if u can find a way to stop the offense. Either way Sat. morning you're gonna know u played Giles County.

Seriously, i think Mt. Pleasant really wasnt expectin giles county to come out firing on all cylinders. We had an on game yall had an off game. If we played u again it could be a different story. The coaches prepared us well for that game and i hope that Mt. Pleasant goes on to have a really successful year. Good Luck and play evergame like its your last, because you never know it might be. 54-13 i think MP had GC highly under rated and giles county was well prepared for this game.GC saw good things on both sides of the ball and the defense really stepped it up with the exception of the two big scoring plays by MP. Good job bobcats now lets get ready for L'burg.

Giles County will have their largest senior class in a long time. Yea for most of the seniors this is the fourth coach in four years and the way most see it, that could be a setback to giles county. But GC has a lot of heart and plenty of faith in the new coach, so believe me when i say come Nov. GC will still be on the field.
