It should tell you how good Riverdale is when Coach Burt takes Shelbyville off the schedule for the first time since Keith Short was on the sideline in Murfreesboro, due to the fact that he was "unable to prepare for such a big game." My prediction is Burt will once again exit the year in the Region. I have all ready seen White Co and it will take alot for Riverdale to stop them. Dime to a Dollar says Riverdale is at the house once again when the state tournament is held in their backyard

White Co. dominated they game from the tip to the final horn. White Co. has a better team than I had thought, and I look for them to have a very good year and far into the tournaments and possibly making it to the 'boro for the first time since 1997. As for Lawrence Co, this might be the worst team Lawrence Co has had in sometime. They have two exceptional players in Spann and Wood, but they are it. The other girls play extremley hard, but aren't as advanced as previous Lawrence County supporting casts. If the Lady Wildcats have a winning record this year I will be very supprised. Going to be a closer battle than most think for 2nd place in 8AAA behind Shelbyville. Early prediction: Shelbyville vs. White Co in the region finals, Shelbyville wins and hosts Cleveland for Substate and White Co goes to Bradley Co for Substate.

TN Tech wants her bad and I'm sure other area schools

I would just like to say that this was an excellent tournament last year. It was well organized and the people were very gracious. I brought my AAU team from Kentucky and was really impressed at the level of competition and the orginization with this weekend event. We are coming back this year in hopes to get us prepared for the type of competition that we are going to see in our state tournament and hopefully our nationals.

I know when he was hired there was alot of optimism about him and the job Smith Co fans thought he could do. Just wondering how he is doing and how the girls are playing. Haven't got down to Cathage to watch the Owls, but hopefully I will. Just wondering how he was doing
