If the Z plan comes into play in allowing some 2A teams into 1A Regions like a couple years ago? The best football for Region 6 would be.... Wayne County Columbia Academy Mount Pleasant Summertown Collinwood Cornersville Perry County Richland If all those teams got reloaded and playing to full potential?... Wow!.. Sooome football games there! If not and no 2A teams get mingled in, then drop Summertown and CA from mandate and just fill them back in "open" slots for games on the schedule.

I know, no disrepect meant to any team facing WC tonight or next week if so... I have just been thinking that a while now and thought it a good opportunity to say it in response to S-towner since the thread had quieted down some. Go Wildcats!!!!

I thought that too at the first of the season about our Region, but Columbia Academy proved me wrong as I watched the season progress, and before the end I changed to pick CA to be #1 right before they played F-ville..... and that's where they are. CA is no flash in the pan like last year with big plays, they play it out deep in the trenches with some big backs between the tackles and out the ends with speedy backs. They appear very conservative to me, not playing for the big scoreboard, rather just the W.... That said, they do not make it out of the east without a good passing game to balance them out.

If S. Pitts cleans out the east? I'd pay good money and travel far to see WC play S. Pitts in the big one!

That jarred the memory banks. Some reason I forgot that was a qtr final game and thought it a semi.... NCS went on to put Peabody out in thd semi final before going to State and putting Greenback out.... I slipped a little bit on that... Anyways, you better believe I'll do just as last year and catch a good WC game before it's over.

My memory I hope isn't failing, but wasn't it just last year WC traveled to NCS Or was the year before last?. I thought this year you guys stayed home if advanced.

Not gonna be the last for the Cats soon though, that I know. Question before I can give you an answer: Do you all have home field advantage throughout the qtr & semi finals this year?... I believe you do since you traveled last year.... If yes, then you'll see me there before it's over. Even if you travel; I'll follow like last year to NCS.

Hope the realignment works out! I sure do miss old Region 6... Some of the best football around when all the teams were/are peaking!... Too set in my ways for new things, well, not in All things,😉, but very much a traditionalist in others.

F-ville doesn't have the defensive line to beat S.Pitts.... Pretty good on either side of the ball,,, but just not good enough. S. Pittsburgh by 21.

Congrats to the Eagles on a good second year out. It's got to mean a ton to a new upstart program and it's supporters who struggled to get it going from absolutely nothing!

Played better against CA and Fayetteville, 2 teams I know has beat and would beat Whitwell.... Huntland and C-ville would more than likely beat Whitwell. Trust me... Summertown is not firing on all 11 cylinders tonight it appears.

Wow...... 😨 Truly surprising... The Eagles have proven themselves all year to be better than this showing tonight.... Still a qtr to go... C'mon Eagles! .

Down by 10 at the half is not bad... but I too hope the Eagles wake up the 2nd half... Those long bus rides can get to a team not used to them and often they will play down until 2nd half. Pulling for my southern neighbors.
