Any Results in? Did not get to go... wanted too though. I wanted to see if Gate City Super Soph. Ashton Bishop was going to break the 800 M record held since '86... got to get under 2:14 I think.

The Boys relays should have been great... Please post results. Check tricitiessports.com.

Ashton did go 2:14.69 to break Laura McSpadden's record 1986 record of 2:15.9.

Laura's brother Bill was on hand to witness the moment. Laura still has 400 record at 56.6.

 

Megan Lyons of Greenville continues to impress me in hurdles especially her 14.57 run in 100H.

 

Courtney Barnett of Sullivan Central came up with big 18" PR in shot at 37-3 and also took discus win.
