i was wondering why the gold bond wasnt working. well i have had the itch ever since i heard the final horn. hopefully the boys in cookeville do too. lets end the season in the boro. mtsu not riverdale because they can compete. GO CAVS!

Nothing like running sprints when its 90+ degrees out after a 4 hour practice with 20 pounds of equipment on!!!!!!

Amen to that! It's much easier administering the pain than receiving it!

 

The weather up here in VA this year reminds me of TN during summer practice. The kids have never seen this kind of heat in full pads. It's going to be a rude awakening in August! It's been between 95 and 100 degrees and humidity in the high 90's as well here for the past 2 or 3 weeks.
