I think the transition is taking place again where Rockwood is going to be down and Harriman is on the way back up. Just like when Rockwood was down and made the up swing while Harriman was going down for a few years. Seems like both teams are even as of now.

Harriman 24

Rockwood 19

what is the all-time series record between these two? I know they have played almost 85 times.

They been playing since 1921. I think this will be a good ballgame b/c you have strenth against speed. Someone asked earlier which you would have well I'll take speed anyday because it is something you cant teach; strength you can train and get stronger. Harriman is much improved over last years team and rockwood is in a rebuilding year so I'm taking the devils in this one 20 to 14.

I think that Rockwood will win this one i don't think that Harriman will be able to get outside of Boston and Moriarty and we all know that is what they are going to try and We all know that Harriman does not run up the middle so.... ! But it will be a good game at Harriman But i think the statement that Rockwood is going through a rebuilding year is kind of off cause Rockwood is a strong team they have showed up to ever game execpt Kingston and Midway (untill 4th QT.) But Rockwood will be ready cause Webb knows what he is doing with his team!! Go Tigers!!! :D

I agree with the not being able to get outside those two beasts of DE's. From what I hear looks like Harriman is gonna have to pass to even get the ball moving, with them not being able to get outside the DE's and definitely not being able to run in between tackles with the killer rotation Rockwood has at DT. Considering everything I am definitely gonna have to go with Rockwood.

    • I believe that was last year. I was interested in the Jones vs Baker comment, so I went back and looked at GC. I am not a fan of either nor am I a baseball guru. This looks like to me the duel was not close and if the errors would not have been made Eagleville would have won. I assume you are a little biased. I do think your mph for Jeffcoat and Baker must be from last year.  Baker-85 pitches 67 strikes. 5.2 innings, 5H, 1BB, 0ER and 7K's. 3 errors  Jones- 78 pitches 37 strikes. 4 innings, 2H, 5BB, 0ER and 1K. 1 error   Adams and the UH kid are really good as well. What about South Pitt and Oakdale? I heard they have some good ones.
    • I hate this for all the kids in the program and fans alike. I can't recall of anything like this before in my lifetime but I'm sure it isn't a first. After criminal investigations are complete and the TSSAA looks into this the program it will be facing Nuclear Winter for some time to come. It's always the innocent left behind that end up paying the price for something someone else has done. I'm sure the transfer portal will be very active in Clinton over the summer months. How could you find a good coach worth his salt that would take on a situation like this not knowing what will happen.
    • I’ve seen Jeffcoat in person twice and he was 84-87 both times and the one time I saw Baker he was low 80’s, he actually got out dueled by Jones from ER in that outing.
    • Pirate fans, thread is up on the baseball message board.
