without editorializing, with one week remaining in the regular season,

the private schools have a 52-50 edge in region play against publics.

For AA and AAA, the privates hold a 33-13 advantage, which is more telling than anything that happened in 1A schools that didn't change divisions even with a mulitiplier.

It is my understanding that the "multiplier" is being challenged in court in two states....this is probably just another step in moving to the final step of dividing publics and privates....
