Why would they get Lipscomb vs Goodpasture? Could they not get another top team like Byrnes again? Look at how many tickets they sold just because people wanted to watch Byrnes.

Rick Regin (sp?) of the Nashville Sports Council said on the air this week on local radio that they actually would love to have a four-team kickoff Clinic Bowl, but the natural grass at our local stadiums will not permit it.

 

Neither the Vanderbilt campus or the Coliseum will allow two consecutive games to be played on one day on the natural grass, since it is so hard to grow in the Middle Tennessee area during the fall.

Move the Clinic Bowl to MBA where they are replacing the grass with field turf.
