tdntn
it was a matchup but blackman didnt really "matchup." i believe the score was 62-36, but dont quote me tho...it was 60s to 30s somewhere. go on the 7-AAA thread for my recap
tdntn
nevermind here u go... WOW riverdale with a HUGE 26 point victory over blackman...kevin smith had 3 dunks (2 alley oops) and jesse mayfield threw one down to (off a rebound that had just rimmed out). tee burnett and kit hartsfield also had SOLID games (i believe it was kits best game of his career). at one point, right after riverdale had scored, blackman inbounded the ball, kit stole it right away, easy 2 points. blackman inbounds right after that, kit hartsfield, same story, easy 2. hats off to riverdale and coach brandon burks as he got to empty his bench tonight. at one point in the game i believe riverdale had stretched the lead to 36. both teams had suprisingly good fan support considering oakland and siegel playing, blackman can keep the water bottle in their stands next time but other than that it was all fun

tdntn
here is the link to it on the tennessean, same article but more info: http://preps.tennessean.com/apps/pbcs.dll/...&story_id=11897 4 double digit scorers (none of which were scott thomas) and one with 9 (8 scorers total)...team basketball at its best. they are really coming along now, although it is hard for many to overlook the 4 straight losses at the beginning of the season (2 of which were losses in OT) Edited January 8, 2006 by tdntn
