WILL THINGS STAY THE SAME?

SO WILL RIVERDALE STAY AT TOP THE STATE ELITE AFTER RANKIN LEAVES OR WILL THE THINGS STAY THE SAME? IN MY EXPERIENCE MOST OF THE TIME WHEN A GREAT COACH LEAVES THE TEAM DROPS OFF WHAT DO OTHERS THINK?

If a coach is truely a "great coach" than he leaves the program in great and sometimes better shape than when he began. I hope that everyone would agree that "great coaches" create "great programs" and are simply not utilizing every outlet simply for personal gain. If this were not true than than they would be considered as being great where they were not on what they did.

"Great Coaches" leave legacies for others to uphold and follow.
