How will we handle the 5 match rule if it becomes an issue? Do we finish on Sunday?

Just called Cordova and they say tournament will be Monday and Tuesday!

Are you guys 100% positive that it is on Monday and Tuesday and not all on Saturday? Where did you get that information? I think the snow is predicted to stop tonight.

Tournament director Jason Thiry notified the coaches around 5:00 pm that the tournament would be postponed until Monday. He did not feel it was fair to the wrestlers involved to wait until tomorrow morning for a decision. So, there will be no wrestling on Saturday.

Just found out weigh ins for Tues are slated for 1 pm. That blows for me since I have to work. Would love to see my kid / team wrestle

The information has also been disseminated to all of the coaches. Cordova's experience with running tournaments has nothing to do with it. Your coach should be staying in contact with your parents' group and filling you in. If he is not, blame him, not Coach Thiry.
