Kyle Maynard Duals - at Collins Hill

Anyone interested in being in the Kyle Maynard Duals next year:

 

The date will be December 30th. This will include a tough field of teams from around the southeast. Each team will be assured of 5 duals and as part of the attraction, Kyle Maynard will give a short talk and a demonstration of some of the techniques that he used during his wrestling career at Collins Hill.

Maybe we can get Bear Cat, Harry T., deaddux, Radier76, and walkenvol down this year for a meeting!

 

There are a couple of watering holes fairly close the the school and work great for pre-tournament planning.

 

On the serious side we've had pretty good luck attracting great teams for good competition. In the past two years we've had: Oviedo, FL., Dematha, MD., Mt. Tabor, NC., Hoover, AL., Spain Park, AL., and Brother Martin, LA.

 

We've enjoyed having Father Ryan and Farragut down and hope they return.

I betcha a few Baylor or BC kids wouldn't mind the competition. Some guys drive a lot further for less competition. I'd like to see a GA wrestler handle Bateman of Ryan next season.

I do like Aaron though, great kid from a nice family. I loved that lateral at state!
