Bolivar and Mitchell

Willie is both a true PG and a true warrior. He'd rather drop a dime than score any day, but when the game is on the line you can bet he is going to take over. He makes his team mates better, I can bet you that when Chism and Rhodes both move on the the next level they'll both say Kemp is the best PG that they've ever played with. I hate that Bolivar lost, because I was pulling for them, but I'm smiling because he will be a BLUE TIGER next year.

Willie is a true PG and he will do great at Mephis.I dont know how many Seniors Memphis has but I wouldn't be suprised if Willie and Pierre Niles muscle somebodies spot next season.

I believe Calipari has announced that Willie will be starting next yr. as Memphis's famed PG. He should do ok, but he will need to learn more of the college game to become great. His junior or maybe even soph. yr. could be awesome. Can't wait till Memphis and Tennessee play next yr., teammate against teammate. In case yall are wondering Chism is going to TN.

Congrats to Mitchell on a great win against Bolivar. Young hit key free throws down the stretch to seal the win for Mitchell. Powell is going to have to put more than 9 points if they wanna keep winning. For Bolivar, Wayne did good by getting key rebounds, blocks, and put-backs. Too bad Bolivar couldn't have a "3-peat". Good luck to Wayne at UT and Willie at Memphis in the future. Is Madden playing anywhere or is anybody looking at him?

I haven't heard for sure yet, I know he really likes football...but he met Wayne and Willie in AAU, liked them and had a chance to move to Bolivar.

I know that whatever chooses, Kedrick is one more athlete! That young man can step up and play almost ANYTHING.

Haven't had him in calss...but I wish him nothing but the best. He sure did step up ad blay some ball for us!!!

Good luck Kedrick!

I think the world of Willie and my blood bleeds Memphis Blue, but unless Darius goes to the NBA I think the PG spot is locked up for at least 1 more year.

Darius is a great pg but Caliparri has said he will move him to sg and let willie have pg. I think this will be an interesting matchup.

    • Ok l will bite. What exactly are Football Families?
    • Honestly the A.D. may be powerless at Maryville to some degree versus other schools. I know he has his hands full with GoFan and all the stupid surprises just from the emails he sends out during the season.
    • Harriman was better than what I anticipated. They had good skill guys and a QB that’s gonna make a lot of teams look silly. They had some silly pre snap penalties but it’s just spring and I guess that’s expected.    Oneida looks the part. They are big upfront and got a stable of backs that’s gonna carry them this year. They have a few playmakers at receiver also. They have a new receiver that has only played basketball till this year and he is very athletic. The question is can we find a QB to consistently get them the ball. They played 2-3 kids there and none looked great but they didn’t look awful either. The  defense is gonna be tough again but it’s very early and a lot can change between now and the fall.     It was good just to get out and watch some ball. I don’t know if Oneida has the team to win the region this year but just what I saw tonight I think they may be in the conversation come November.
