sycamore is probably the best program in the state when it comes to track. austin lohin, zach holden, john clanton and, austin patton are forces to be reckond with in the 4x1 relay. Austin lohin will dominate anyone and everyone in the high jump and triple jump. Zach holden is probably the fastest man in the state he will dominate the 100 meter 200 meter races. justin robison can thorw the discus aroun 135 feet probably better than anyone else in the state. K.C. Littlejohn is new to track he is raw in talen he can throw the shotput around 43 feet consistanly. so case closed sycamore is the best. its lights out.

Truth!! The relay is in the bag anywhere and everywhere they go, even in Africa. lohin will jump out of the sky if that is the limits. The only person who might beat zach in th 100 and 200 meter are his own team mates. Justin Robison throws the discus as far as you can see and K.C. Littlejohn has only threw the shot around ten times before throwing 43 feet. Best in the state is a bold statement, but it had to be made. nice post "war eagles"

I hear when L-jon throws the shot it slides out of his hands as if there was lubricant on them. This can not be legal. That is what i hear from beatrice anyway.

Sycamore dominated the track meet at Hickman County last Friday. The only thing Sycamore lost in was hurdles.

sycamore dominated yesterday at davidson academy as the boys outscored thier opponents with 101 pts. Justin Robison performed well in the discuss, K.C. Littlejohn also performed well in the shotput as well as Jamie Lopez and Eric Williamson. Austin Lohin won the high jump, Sycamores relay teams looked very good. Zach Holden won the 100, 200, and long jump. P.S. look out for that kid Blake Olsen in the 100 meter hurdles

So u think u r fast well u haven't seen James Vaughn from Page run he was named the fastest man in the state last year and the state champ n the 100m he is a burner,And I think Sycamore will b at the Austin Peay meet on friday so we will c if u can beat him and Holt from Maplewood and then u can start talkin.

this thread is more serious than the sycamore track team.and i might mention zack holden finnishe 2nd next to the mba kids at the meet last thursday and kc littlejohn finished 4th in the discus with a throw of 110 ft. today we are gonna slaughter creekwood and the other school thats gonna be there
