OK. Lets assume 5 sport dad (which is way too many to play by the way) that the coach/principal is not a philosopher/king to steal from Plato. Lets assume that this "passion" for coaching translates to her giving herself the head or assistant job for "5 sports" so as she can work with your kids to build an athletic dynasty. She gets to draw 6 supplements, one for the principal and 5 for the coaches supplements. Her passion equates to supplements greater than her standard pay.

 

If you don't have this rule then there can be abuses. Also, who will arbitrate disputes between coaches and parents. Not the school board or the director of schools. In TN principals have the sole power to hire, fire or disipline coaches. Too much empasis is placed on sports (5 sports).
