This may not be true, but I did talk to someone that said this. I heard that Houston County LB's actually got "Crack Blocked" by the receivers all night against McEwen. How hard is it teach your DB to yell crack to help your teammates out. If it is true then they apparently did get cracked!

That's what I heard too, crackblock after crackblock and the DB's didn't ever help the LB's out. If a player gets cracked over and over that is bound to get old. Help the guy out DB's, yell crack so he doesn't get earholed over and over all night long.

YES MY WIFE WENT TO SCHOOL THERE. THEY NEED TO BE DOING SOMETHING, I GO TO MOSTLY CHATTANOOGA GAMES LIKE MY BOYD BUCS, BUT YEAH WE GO TO SOME OF THERE GAMES A YEAR WENT TO LAST WEEK IT WAS AWEFUL. May not be the DB's Coaches fault. He may tell them to yell crack and they don't or either they do yell it and it is too late or they can't hear it. Also LB's need to be able to tell if the receiver lines up a little tighter then they may get cracked. Sometimes the LB's have to take responsibility on getting cracked by not being aware of where everyone is.

You are right Wildcat fan, but the responsibility is ultimately on the DB coach. They honestly got cracked over and over in this game. I felt really sorry for them.

Your right Chester. If it was one or two times, I could probably blame it on the players. The fact is the WR's cracked on the LB's time and time again. This comes back to a failure of the DB coach for Houston Co. to teach this principle.

Did you go to this game last Friday night? A friend I have from McEwen told me that the linebackers from Houston Co. were constantly on there backs from getting "crack blocked". He said that none of the Irish DB's were yelling "crack". This must be corrected by the DB coach this week in practice or Montgomery Central will do the same thing to them this week. Whoever the DB coach is in Erin, please tell your DB's to watch the WR's for crackblocks and alert your linebackers.

Yes Slim Jim I went and the game wasn't close. A friend of mine coaches at Montgomery. I will not get a chance to see them anymore this season though. They need to teach those guys better. It doesn't take much to yell "crack", unless you are completely oblivious to what a coach should teach.

SLIM JIMMY IF I MY INFORMATION IS CORRECT THE COACH THAT COACHES THERE DB's IS A GUY NAMED ERIN RHEAMES OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT..

MY WIFE IS PRETTY GOOD FRIENDS WITH SOME OF THE FACULTY THERE.. SHE WAS TOLD HE WAS A YOUNG COACH THAT DIDNT KNOW MUCH ABOUT THE GAME BUT THATS ALL THE HAVE TO WORK WITH......
