I have a negative comment on the officiating - it stunk. The chair official wouldn't know a lift if it bit him on the butt. The linesmen were MTCS male students who had never called a match in their lives. At one point there was a ball hit a foot outside the antenna, but they didn't know to call it as they probably weren't told to look for that. The chair official said he didn't see it and everybody on the Page bench went crazy mad. I was pretty mad too. This official needs to have the TSSAA emblem torn off his white shirt. Don't worry - I'll make some inquiries about him - I think he was a bogus offical with a counterfiet shirt. We won in spite of the bad or missed calls, but I hope that I never see this guy again.

I was surprised when I saw the score. I guess that explains it some.

 

I hate being a line judge. I'm afraid I will choke and mess up my hand signals. The official should meet with them before the match and be sure they know what they are doing.
