Regardless, Morristown West will be the #1 seed from 4A region 2 in the playoffs.

 

If Cherokee and East win, then East is 2nd, Boone, is 3rd, and Cherokee is 4th;

If Cherokee and Boone win, then Boone is 2nd, East is 3rd, and Cherokee is 4th;

If East and Volunteer win, then East is 2nd, Volunteer is 3rd and Boone is 4th; and

If Boone and Volunteer win, then Boone is 2nd, East is 3rd and Volunteer is 4th
