COACH WILIAM JOHNSON HAS RESIGNED!

A petition was started last night by some of the MCHS football players to keep coach Johnson. This morning the Lewisburg Police was called to the school responding to a reported "protest" in front of the school. Ugly to worse. More when it comes in.

Man if he COULD come back what crow some would eat!!! Would be great for the team, and some of the parents that wanted him gone, well their kids wont be there next year. If Mac could just get his people skills to where his football skills are, heck he could pick his job anywhere.

The police came and instructed the students with signs to go in the building. No one was outside during class and everyone is in the building in class, hardly a protest

it took all of 2mins and 1 cop to restore order to the "protest".

Never said it was during class. It came into the PD as a protest. 3 police cars came and that was it.

Agreed. When you hear "protest" you think heck no we wont go. This was more like this is how we feel now we'll go to class. The players esp the jr's are going to be with their 3rd coach in 4 years. I hate it for them.

More Drama in Lewisburg....I had a source tell me that you all were in talks with Bill Parcells to take over the ranks in Marshall County....and that Charlie Weis was on the short list.....You guys in Tiger land actually think you have a shot at getting one of these two coaches.
