State Bound, Sendoff for teams

Stone Memorial got a sendoff by the student body, then was escorted by police out of town, with horns blasting and fans waving from the street sides.

Is anythng happening in your schools or town to show the community is behind your team?? Schools out early for games etc.??

Greeneville had a send off with the pep band leading them down the student lined halls out to the bus. Cheerleaders hung balloons on the lamp post down Main Street and fans waved and honk along the businesses of Main Street. Local media was there.

David Lipscomb will have a rally this afternoon with the whole school. The team is leaving after practice today for Murfreesboro so they can have a nice dinner together and then watch a game. They are staying at a hotel and play at 11 tomorrow. They will have a devotional service this evening since the girls will miss church. Grades 5-12 are out tomorrow so students and teachers can head to Murfreesboro to watch. It is very exciting.
