updates on region 4 AA

I have been keeping up with this region closely but some scores have not been posted and I would like to know scores and standings in this region!

well i think by looking at the state rankings it might look something like this

 

1. Portland (8th)

2. Livingston (22nd)

3. Station Camp (23rd)

4. White House (25th)

5. Merrol Hyde N/R

6. Dekalb Co. N/R

 

8A-AAPortland Station Camp White House Merrol Hyde MJCA Greenbrier Friendship Macon Co

7A-AALivingston Acdy Dekalb Co Monterey Jackson Co Smith County York Institute

 

8A/AA- usually has stronger teams and won the region last year.

7A/AA- usually weaker but livingston is always on top

yeah i think the region 4aa tourney will be fun to watch. even district 7aa is weak, i think livingston will be tough come tourney time. portland looks pretty good. dont no much about white house. how are they this year

White House is quite young this year. They lost their entire backline to graduation and this year they only have three seniors. While I clearly expect Portland and Station Camp to emerge out of district 8 this year, I am predicting another WH-Station Camp district semi-final game, and WH is (like always) the wild card of the tournament, so I would not be the least bit surprised to see them emerge out of the district in S.C.'s place.

On a side note, White House's record in A-AA region tournaments since 1997 is 13-0, 6 straight Region Championships. Quite impressive, although the 7th looks to be more elusive than it's ever been.

I haven't heard much about Livingston Academy. How are they shaping up this year?

well they are dominating their district. they got some tough games coming up including warren county and station camp.

Portland 1 Station Camp 0

Does anybody know the results of Station Camp-Friendship Christian game?

Livingston Clinched 1st in Dist.7

Dekab Co. is 2nd

 

Looks as though Portland may finish 1st

SC and White House will be battling for 2nd.

well i wouldn't say portland has first yet they still have to play rivals white house and three other distric games.

but at the end of the regular season the top 4 team in 8aa will be portland, station camp, white house, and merrol hyde.

 

but who are the 3rd and 4th for 7aa. i know there are only 6 team.

York Institute is 3rd and its either smith county or jackson county for 4th.
