PF defeated Rutledge twice on Thursday, but I heard Rutledge played the game under protest. PF supposedly had a kid throw 11 innings in one day. Is that grounds for protest? If so who won?

To answer your question Pigeon Forge won and they are the district champions. How the region seeding is going to be handled is still a mystery.

I think I will stick with Pigeon Forge District Champs and Rutledge gets to host a regional.

I would say they are champions of getting dominated by a pitcher for ten innings and then protesting when he gets an out to make it 10 and one/third.
