Region 5 Tournament Action

I'd like to congratulate both Forrest and Cascade for advancing to the regional tournament. We've personally had to overcome some tough injuries to get here and the girls played a tough game last night against Boyd to make it to the next level of competition. We made several mistakes which made the game closer than it should of been, but they overcame it and prevailed.

 

Forrest is clicking on all cyclinders right now and are going to make some noise if they continue to play this well. Shelby pitched another overpowering game last night and looks poised to lead them further this season. I'd like to wish both teams good luck and I think you will represent 9A well!

 

Has 10A teams been decided yet? I predicted E.R. and Houston County a couple of weeks ago. Are these two teams correct?

Forrest will play the loser between East Robertson and Nashville Christian and the winner of that game gets Cascade. Should be some good matchups!

"KUDOS" to Nashville Christian for a great tournament. The girls, coaches and fans are wonderful and we wish you good luck!

 

East Robertson will host Cascade on Monday, Nashville Christian will travel to Forrest.

Exit 112/Hwy 25 - Sprinfield/Cross Plains

Left onto Hwy 25 / 4-5 miles

Straight at 4-way stop

1/4 mile or so SIGN for school on left

Turn left

School on Right

Second driveway/follow behind school

Thanks for the directions, I'll be pulling in to the parking lot around 5:30 on my motorcycle looking for some good burgers and cold drinks!
